Kelkoo falls far short of ethical practice and is just a paid for click exercise.
Wont fall it again absolute disgrace.
I am not allowed to say my true feelings but con trick would be in the sentence.

Kelkoo were advertising my book, The Tombstone Maker's Daughter, as being available on Amazon within 1 to 3 months which is total rubbish.
Yes, it looks as if we might have sold out during the holiday period, but the books should be available on Amazon UK next week.

How do I know my order has gone through no conformation email feels like a scam

I ordered a Kelkoo memory bear pattern on the 19th October through Amazon. It was dispatched the next day on the 20th but appears it’s gone no further than that. I was given a delivery date of between the 27th October and the 7th November but it has never been delivered. Can you please confirm when my package will be delivered. Thank you.

Thompson and Morgan Tomato seeds. 7 for £3.49 (Amazon) or 10 for £3.99 (Kelkoo)? Opted for the latter. Received 7 seeds for £3.99. It seems T&M don't make a pack of 10 seeds. Only 50p but feels like someone is telling porkies.

Hi, I am struggling. I bought the juaying purple crochet flower bouquet. I've been in hospital, so I have just tried to make the bouquet and found they have sent me instructions for yellow bouquet. I am very happy with the kit, but am trying here to get proper instructions. I bought item from amazon. Because it's past the time for returning, which i dont really want to do, i cant find any options on amazon. Can you help please.

I became suspicious, but I was wrong. I made an order from kelkoo via amazon. Told delivery following day. When I checked amazon for tracking info the following day, there was no record of an order. So I was very suspicious. However the day after it was due, my delivery arrived. Therefore Order communication should be improved.

I have just bought a pair of chair back covers. They do the job but look home made by a child with an old sewing machine. They were £26 for 2 , ridiculously over priced. Need chair arm cuffs but will look elsewhere
Apparently kekoo were selling the product on behalf of another company through amazon. They should check the value of what they sell as it reflects upon them

Used Kelkoo to buy a product from Shop-Globe. Money taken but weeks later no product. Approached Kelkoo to explain they were listing a Scam company but no response or support.
I would advise not to use them as there is no security/checks for vendors

I have contracted with them even 1 month then quickly I canceled the contract! This is a FRAUD!!!! Every day was coming the FAKE PPC! The most crazy is the FAKE click with one single IP has reached more than 100 clicks ! I gave feedback to account manager but they were pretending to figure out the issue and telling me that they never get such a feedback over 20 years of they business ! Shame on you ! All of you! FRAUD

Tried this device promised 5x roas but it turns out they were advertising in a country that I wasn’t based and through google analytics, I could see the amount of clicks they say they are providing does not match what google says.

My roas was in the minus instead of 5x and if you try to get ahold of the account manager, they spent more time away from the company then working.

Scam, plain and simple.
after using a few other CSS services for google shopping we gave these guys a try also, big mistake.
firstly Their interface to track sales and spend is appalling, extremely basic, with no real reporting, and no idea where your money is being spent. in my view, this is done on purpose to obfuscate where your cash is being spent.
After raising this as a clear issue, We were promised better reporting, with sales tracking. Of course, this was never implemented by Kelkoo and we had monthly bills from them with no idea where the cash had been spent, no idea how many clicks we had, and no increase in traffic.
Needless to say, we ceased using them as soon as we could.
To our amazement, the invoices kept on coming even though we had canceled the campaign!
After raising this again and again as a clear error, all correspondence was ignored.
4 weeks later we had a letter from a solicitor in the UK saying we owed Kelkoo £900!
Naturally, this was disputed with them but they were not interested in anything we had to say.
2 weeks later we had a letter from the county court! they had actually taken us to court to recover the funds, incredible.

So we are currently in dispute with them in the County Court, needless to say, we are fighting this every step of the way.
My advice to anyone thinking of using this company is don't.
The technology is clearly set up to obfuscate where your money is being spent. if you challenge it, they ignore you. If you do not pay what they deem to be the costs for your non-existent traffic, they will take you to court and pluck a figure out the air.

We have been using google and various other CSS partners over the last 15 years in eCommerce, and Kelkoo is by far the worst company we have encountered.
As the title suggests, this is a scam, plain and simple.

We have had Kelkoo as ads company to help us advertise.

The seller continues asking for higher budget to increase sells for 1 mounth and after that we could jump of straight. After we signed and they made tracking to work they started and it all showed that it was waste of money. Both me and the seller was known but we now had tested it. I did quit the agreement and after 20 days a new invoice showed up with the same spend as we had for test mounth. After talking to the seller he say he cant do anything about the contract and when i ask about our deal he just say look in the contract.. For knowledge the seller do not take any responsebility for the deal due to the contract value is higher.

For me they are scamers who want to tap out every singel penny without companies do profit.

BE AWARE AND READ THE CONTACT BEFORE SIGN

Truly awful, awful experience. Activity went live without agreement and before tracking was in place. Spent an entire months budget in 2 days without permission. Very dubious traffic with insane bounce rates and miniscule session times, unlike we've seen through any other channel or platform we've used. No visibility on ad placements or traffic sources. No customer service to answer queries and resolve just consistent chaser emails and debt collection emails. Attempts to engage on any issues completely ignored. Purely on an effectiveness basis I would recommend advertisers to avoid Kelkoo but coupled in with the horrendous customer experience at the end I would say run a mile.

Where did I picked up this, I just do not know but Kelkoo carries on popping up shopping icons on my google search despite me removing adds from mozilla, this urged me to review them. They not doing so well so trying to increase clicking by cheating and popping up stupid adverts on elderly people browsing.
How do I know it is them because I can just look at the html codes that reveal to where those coming from.

Terrible experience with Kelkoo. Beware! I signed up for a 1 month contract to get visits to our website and they were supposed to optimize our advertising campaign during the month so that we get sales and then renew with them.

As soon as the campaign launched, the account manager left / quit and they fumbled around on our account for several weeks, not verifying the tracking pixel properly and not optimizing the account.

I asked them to cancel because of this and they said we are locked into a contract.

Now they are asking for more money above the contract amount ,even though they had a service failure, and are threatening me with legal action over a small amount and appear to be unwilling to compromise at this point, even though I offered them several compromises.

Beware of Kelkoo!

I would give less than 1 star if I could.

I'm a current customer of KELKOO until today when we have at last caught them red-handed last night sending a huge batch of FAKE PPC traffic to the site in a 15-minute window...

We have documented evidence and this has been reported to Kelkoo this morning. We are demanding a refund of past few months.
Take this as a warning do not sign up with the LEGUIDE / KELKOO group of companies.
