Really good service from Brandon

Really good service from Brandon. System and problem well explained and got to the root of a long running equipment issue with our very slow broadband.
Nice manner too which made the visit all the more positive.

I couldn’t be more impressed with the…

I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received today. The broadband engineer, Abdul Odushoga was punctual, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He quickly identified the issue and clearly explained what needed to be done, making everything easy to understand.

The work was carried out efficiently and to a very high standard. He made sure the connection was fully tested and running perfectly before leaving, and he even took the time to answer all of my questions.

Friendly, respectful, and thorough from start to finish — a real credit to the company. Thank you for restoring my broadband so quickly and smoothly!

WiFi connection…

I had a problem with my WiFi connection 2 days after reporting the fault, Engineers were sent out. The engineer Brandon couldn’t have been any more helpful. He advised what he thought the fault was . Then explained how he’d fixed the fault. I couldn’t be at home the whole time of the visit. But I was kept up to date throughout Brandon being there.

First class service

First class service. The engineer Charlie Shoesmith identified the problem quickly to a connection box on the telegraph pole. Replaced box, and ran tests. All up and running. Thank you for a speedy resolution.

Review of Kelly Group visit

The engineer, Normunds who visited today was brilliant. Bang on time and very patient when explaining to me the problems with our connection and what was needed to sort this. He was also able to deal with the awkward location of our master socket and hub (in two different loft hatches!) without any problems or complaints!
