Today we had Andrew visit us to fix a broadband issue we where having he was very polite and took his boots off before entering the property which is nice to see he behaved in a very professional manner and fixed the fault whilst explaining to me what the process was nothing but 5 stars

We had an engineer to our property…

We had an engineer to our property today, a young lad named Andrew. He was absolutely brilliant with explaining the problems and also very efficient. He was also very thorough and made sure everything was sorted. Very friendly and ensured we understood the problem.

An issue was identified with our broadband service which was investigated and remedied by the Kelly Group operative having worked both inside and outside of our property.

After realising our land-line wasn't…

After realising our land-line wasn't working, we contacted Customer Services to report this. The lady I spoke to the following day for a progress update was very helpful, she listened and reassured us that an engineer would be looking into the fault for us the very next day. Thank you to Brennan, the Open Reach Engineer who rang this evening (18/02/26) to say our phone was now working again, and was happy to explain what had caused the issues. He was working in the dark on a cold night. We are relieved to have the phone back on. 10/10 for customer services and Brennan the engineer.
