Don't support Kelme anymore!
I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I placed an order with a confirmed delivery date, but Kelme changed the date afterwards without any explanation. Even worse: a friend who ordered at the same time with the same confirmed delivery window already received his shipping confirmation, while my order is still ignored. Customer service keeps sending the same copy‑paste answers and refuses to address the actual issue. No solution, no transparency, no responsibility. This is not how a professional company should treat customers. I cannot recommend Kelme to anyone.
