Don't support Kelme anymore!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I placed an order with a confirmed delivery date, but Kelme changed the date afterwards without any explanation. Even worse: a friend who ordered at the same time with the same confirmed delivery window already received his shipping confirmation, while my order is still ignored. Customer service keeps sending the same copy‑paste answers and refuses to address the actual issue. No solution, no transparency, no responsibility. This is not how a professional company should treat customers. I cannot recommend Kelme to anyone.

Absolutely terrible experience.

Absolutely terrible experience.

I placed an order over two months ago and still have not received my jersey. Every time I contact customer service, I get the same excuse: “next week.” Weeks turn into months, and nothing happens.

The communication is misleading, there are no clear updates, and no effort to resolve the issue. Taking a customer’s money and then keeping them waiting for months without delivering the product is completely unacceptable.

This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had. I cannot recommend this company to anyone. If you expect reliable delivery, honest communication, or professional customer service, look elsewhere.

Extremely disappointed.
