I love Kent and Stowe Garden Life…

I love Kent and Stowe Garden Life tools. They are lightweight and sharp enough that you can use your arms to dig if your legs are tired/ injured or if, like me you have a disability that prevents from digging with the legs.
I recently had an issue with my garden fork.. customer services were absolutely fantastic. A replacement was issued really quickly.
I will always use their tools. I haven't found any other tools so easy to use.
Highly recommended

Aerator replacement

I contacted Kent and Stowe as my manual aerator was about to break where the haft is fixed to the metal head.

They very kindly issued a voucher to enable a replacement to be ordered from the website, under the 15 year guarantee.

There was a short delay whilst awaiting restocking but all went smoothly and my lawn renovation is well underway.

Great gloves.

Great rake! Need to use it more!!!

Great gloves. Really great gloves, using them every day, several times a day. Easy to pull on and off. Finding the skin on my 77 year old hands much more delicate these days. I must move away from bare handed gardening which I loved. I love how flexible the gloves are, almost like just using my hands.

Very bad packaging

Very bad packaging. Parcel arrived open at both ends and as a consequence delivery took several days. Thankfully all items arrived but one (hoe) was literally hanging out of the box when it arrived! Disappointing K&S

Replacement under warranty

Ordered a digging fork online, a replacement under warranty for one that broke.
Customer Service very helpful, vouchers
provided that covered cost of purchase and postage and online order delivered promptly.

Absolutely marvellous garden gloves and Secateurs

Absolutely marvellous garden gloves, perfect sharp secateurs, will get good use out of them, and glove, the gloves fit perfectly and comfortable hands don’t get wet with heat when wearing long time in garden, Nettles don’t get a chance now to sting.

My order took 15 days to arrive

My order took 15 days to arrive and was not updated on the progress of my delivery and had to chase it up twice . Would not order from them again .

Easy to order and good quality tools

Easy to order, bought in the sale so price reasonable and delivered within a week. Scarifying take is great, really good quality. Not used the aerator as of yet.

Fantastic service!

The handle on the spade I bought in 2020 broke so I rang Kent & Stowe and asked if it might be covered under warranty. Kathy from customer service couldn't be more helpful and a replacement spade arrived three days later. Marvellous service!!
