Regards registering guarantee
Just tried to register my pair of Bypass Secateurs got more chance of plating hair on a bald man's head, tried for a good hour but no go so I'm thinking this guarantee is worthless.
Tried e-mails,customer service still no good.

Purchase a number of necessary garden tools including a Dutch hoe some many, many weeks ago, sadly whilst most tools have proved excellent the Dutch Hoe snapped after minimal usage being somewhat inferior in design.
No issue on their part regarding the sending of a replacement hoe
as I supplied proof (via photos) of damaged item.
However, the ACTUAL delivery of the replacement is something else, after what is becoming months I have still not received it!
I am repeatedly told that they are ‘chasing up their supplier’ every week to (seemingly) no avail etc, and I will be contacted once item is despatched.
While I do appreciate the current delays and issues caused Nationwide by Covid, which indeed is playing havoc with many company’s, one has to seriously ‘query’ the reliability of the Kent & Stowe supplier.
At this rate of non supply the company could well have gone out of business weeks ago surely?
Thus, in this instance I am not entirely sure Covid delay is the villain, more likely poor customer service perchance?
In the event and yet again (third time) I am assured an email will be sent advising me of replacement despatch and again, they will be chasing up their supplier!
Therefore, in continued good faith benefit of the doubt on my part for the time being!
Wish I'd read the reviews first. Have purchased the boarder hand trowel and attempting to register for guarantee, one is having more chance of platting fog.
Will try the trowel after the rain has passed and up date on its quality. ...

Garden rake looked fabulous but has just snapped being used as a garden rake. Disappointing product given the cost and apparent look of it. These belong in a showcase but are not suitable as actual products for use. Best avoided.
Just thrown away my half moon lawn edger after the steel blade snapped for the second time: First time out , no problem. The second time of using the half moon snapped in half leaving me with a quarter, so I soldiered on. Used it again yesterday (third time) and after about 8 feet of edging the remaining bit of blade snapped off from the steel shaft. Hard to fathom what kind of brittle steel has been used. Plan is to replace it with a Wickes one at a quarter of the price. Less pretty but a darn sight more use.
Was a pair of these gloves not eight weeks Fleece lined leather ones thought they would last for ages. How much mistaken I was. Absolutely shocking seems feel apart on them. Wrote to Kent & Stowe. They Don’t seem to give a toss. Shocking customer service. So here’s a review these are awful gloves. Don’t buy. Your better off buying a cheap £1.50 pair and then buying several of them To do the job
Purchased new border trowel tried register it for guarantee as per label says and failed many times

Bought a hand trowel on 18th April and tried to register it but still not had any luck in trying to do so.

Have just bought a pair of their single handed grass shears at a local garden centre. Tried to register the five-year guarantee advertised on the packaging on the website specified on the packaging, but neither it nor the alternative spelling of the site also mentioned on the packaging appears to exist, which doesn't inspire confidence. The huge gulf between the ultra-negative and the ultra-positive reviews posted for this maker's products suggests that something strange is going on.

Like many of the reviews here, I am very disappointed with the quality of the products: the digging spade blade cracked under very little pressure and the Widger snapped on the very first attempt to use it. But I am even more disappointed at their failure to honour their replacement guarantee. I sent my request, photos and explanations 4 months ago, to the representative company (Westland Horticulture), but I am still waiting for the replacement. Every time I send them an email, they reply saying they're working on it. How long does it take to send a spade?
So, two reason not to trust Kent and Stowe:
1. Very poor quality for the price
2. Untrustworthy guarantee
This is an update to the above. Shortly after putting up this review, they finally got their act together and replaced the damaged spade. So it seems they will honour the guarantee, eventually, and maybe only once they see you are serious.
Disappointing! I bought the long handled small fork and the prongs easily bend under any stress making weeding tiresome.
Designed in the UK but where are they made??
I purchased my rake from the Osterley Garden Centre in London several weeks ago. I used it once over the weekend and I realised then that there are some fine lines/cracks had formed on the wooden handle. I
had looked at the rake before buying the product and did not notice the cracks then, so I tried registering the product at kentandstowe.com, as per the instructions on the card attached to the rake (it states a 15 year guarantee) but this webpage does not seem to exist, so not sure where I can get a free replacement. The fact that I paid £25 for the rake, which I used once, I had hoped and expected better quality.

I bought a shovel based on the reviews in gardenersworld.
Third time I used it the metal bit where you put your foot to press down sheared, the other side is cracked.
Kent & Stowe refused to replace.
Great products, well priced and excellent customer service. Will now be my first choice for garden products.
Cannot praise the after-sales service enough. Really great follow through support. I had old loppers where I broke the blade. K&S kindly helped me repair. Thank you.
I bought a Kent and stowe garden tool kit from Marshalls consisting of some dire secateurs, compost scoop, and planting trowel. The scoop and trowel both broke at the welds after virtually no use. In short very poor quality. Do not buy this rubbish.
My wife bought the Kent and Stowe hedge shears as a replacement for my old shears.
Absolute rubbish, worst shears I have ever owned. As I am over 70 you can imagine I have owned many garden shears and know how to use them.
As previous reviewer mentioned the shears deformed on first use whilst trying to trim a conifer hedge. In my opinion "not fit for purpose", and not hardened steel.
I took them back to the garden centre from where they were bought.
Brought a planting spade broken at the weld after a couple of usage very poor quality will never buy any of there tool ever again 👎👎👎 rubbish DON'T BUY
Bought a transplanting trowel from Dobbies in the past three weeks and used it four times only before the blade came away from the handle after bending like a clothes peg at the join. Presumably a bad weld. Not good quality, will try to get a refund from the garden centre where it was bought.
Despite claiming to have a 5 year guarantee on the packaging they refuse to honour it.
I bought their geared shears and they deformed on first use, preventing them from opening. Looking at other reviews this is a known issue. I contacted them to request a refund, but they refused telling me to take it back to the shop instead.
