Staff aren’t drs. They gave me the wrong treatment. Wasted my time and cost me money I could t afford to waste on pointless drugs which made me feel sick and upset my stomach and 6 car park fees!

I was spiked by a poisonous plant which caused ongoing infection. Now I know what the plant is. You got this completely wrong!!!

The woman in triage today wasn’t nice at all. The man I saw in triage twice last week was lovely by the way. This dragon lady told me in an unfriendly tone “we don’t change dressings”. Go to your drs. You shouldn’t come here. Well, last week I was told I must come back today, so I did. Also there’s a sign behind the receptionist saying they change dressings until 7pm!! Rude or what. What if your drs don’t answer the phone? I’d rather change it myself than get up very early and pay for parking if I was given a choice. I was told I was in danger of getting sepsis. She tells me I shouldn’t come there. Do you think I want to be there queuing at 7.30am and pay out for car parks when I dont have to????? I didn’t deserve to be spoken to like that. I was told in no uncertain terms to come back today. I did what I was told. Normally triage takes your temperature. She didn’t. I had a high temperature which she missed. I believe I’m now sicker than I needed to be.

They never open at 8am either. Always late. When you speak to reception everyone can hear. Do you really have to ask next of kin and religion? It’s not life or death in there so why insist on it?

The bandage/plaster you put on last week has given me 4 blisters. So cheers. When they burst they will be sore. Was told it was fine. By the afternoon the blisters had spread.

People come there with sore throats, coughs etc and you tell me I should see my gp when you insisted I return there today.

Update. 10 hours later I had to go back. I had a temperature and my hand was stiff and swollen. Blisters far worse. I was given antibiotics and several people discussed my treatment. To think this morning dragon lady told me I shouldn’t be there!! Had you given me antibiotics a week ago, I wouldn’t be in this state now.

Next day. Still got high temperature.

Next day. More blisters. Can barely drive now. I can see I’m going to be in big trouble soon. I won’t be able to work and pay my bills. I’m going to end up in hospital.

A few days later had to return. They were so attentive. Was told to come back today. Today this woman was horrible/hostile and no treatment given. Even though more blisters have appeared in 2 days. Said it was a callous. I have no callous my dear. It was from the infection. Cutting them off before helped. She point blank refused. It’s so frustrating. Today was a waste of my time and more car park fees. Do you think I want to get up early just for the hell of it. I was first there and it was an an hour to be seen. Add on the fact I got there early to cut waiting time. I waited 1.5 hours. I had reason to go and wouldnt do it for fun!

It’s all down to who you see. Some of them it seems haven’t a clue and in the wrong job. Others are real people persons and are kind and want to help.

How can I go from you need to see a specialist to basically how dare you come here (within 2 days) plus the infections spread!

Next day after being told I’m imagining it. Infections spread another inch! So what do I do?

HERES AN IDEA. WHY HAVENT YOU LOOKED INTO WHAT TYPE OF PLANT DID THIS TO ME??? I BELIEVE I HAVE AGAVE POISONING. WHICH MEANS ANTIBIOTICS WONT TOUCH IT AND YOUVE GIVEN ME AN UPSET STOMACH AND MADE ME FEEL SICK FOR NOTHING. IVE PAID FOR 2 LOTS NOW AND IM IN WORSE PAIN NOW BECAUSE OF WHERE INFECTIONS SPREAD TO!! I WONT BE ABLE TO WORK SOON WHICH MEANS NO WAGES!! YOUVE FAILED HERE BIG TIME!!!

Next day. Infections worse. Plant is Agave which is poisonous. What do I do??? Online treatment is cortisone cream and antihistamine and you made me pay for 2 lots of antibiotics which gave me upset stomach. Found out that the staff are paramedics so no wonder they haven’t got a clue!

Last time I go there. 5/10/23
