Dover & Folkestone home-choice staff…

Dover & Folkestone home-choice staff conduct is mostly unlawful, abusing their position and seriously abusing & neglecting the most vulnerable from disabled adults/children, and victims of abuse including those who are victims of indecent exposures, and stalking- not housing extremely vulnerable girls who have severe learning disabilities, no sense of danger, leaving them homeless, or placing them in properties unfit for animals, mouldy, soiled properties. Also evidence once given housing Home-choice staff harass tenants, mis-lead judges in court and much more- Home-Choice Is a disgusting abusive public service, this much is a FACT!- Criminal charges should be brought against some Home-Choice staff for their ongoing unlawful abusive misconduct against the most vulnerable- I had to get a solicitor involved to threaten Folkestone Home-Choice to house a extremely vulnerable 22 year old girl, who has severe learning disabilities and no sense of danger who is a victim of harassment/indecent exposures and stalking. Folkestone Home-Choice staff refused to help her leaving her homeless for Months. I have also been investigating Dover Home-Choice staff and have gathered a box of documents of abusive misconduct and dishonesty in eviction court cases involving disabled vulnerable individuals. A SHOCKING ABUSIVE SYSTEM THAT SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED ASAP
This present KentHomechoice Council housing platform was previously known as the "Scandal Hit EastKentHousing" so what they did is to change the name from East Kent Housing to Home-Choice to give the public the impression of a clean fresh start but behind closed doors all they really done was change the name and move all the previous scandal hit staff from the previous scandal hit EastKentHousing over to the new HomeChoice platform department "so-called reshuffle" of the same previous scandal hit staff- Reminds me of a cowboy builder who shuts down a limited company and then set-up a new company under a different name, a tactic used by rogue traders or cowboy builders.
P.S. Also note that Kenthomechoice hasn't to date claimed their TRUSTPILOT profile.

Kent Home Choice AI Barrier To Help

Applications for your local council are privately tendered through Kent Home Choice as the council does not want the responsibility.
The whole site is like a giant holding pen with constant AI generated questions, most of which are irrelevant to my situation. You will not get to see or communicate with a real live person who can help you. It's a complete waste of your time.

I’m in desperate need to move!!

I’m in desperate need to move, not only for my mental health but to get my support dog back. I need a garden as I’m unable to walk him daily etc. I have a one bedroom flat and I have been without my support dog for nearly 2 years, who is living with my mum in North Wales. I live in Kent. My health and mental health has declined and I’m still not eligible to be put as Band A. My disabilities are getting worse and I’m getting more depressed because I am without my best friend. Band B is not going to help me at all. Not only that but they are aware of a neighbour who has assaulted me, traumatised me and other neighbours, I have PTSD because it went on for so long and the fact she is still living opposite me as a tenant of the property.
