Avoid this company at all costs!
After telling the business owner and multiple staff members that my household items were very expensive and needed full wrapping this was completely ignored by all and I witnessed them stacking everything into their van with little or no protection whatsoever.
I had one of the removal guys using my marble dining room table as his workbench leaving scratches all over it.
When getting into my new Property, they lost control of my American style fridge freezer which was only an year old and damaged it beyond repair along with breaking some large plant pots because nothing was strapped in properly.
When I contacted them to make a claim against their insurance, I was informed by the insurance company that I was not covered because I did not provide a value to the total of my goods !?
After much chasing and being ignored by Julian for weeks he chose to not compensate me due to a minor point within their contract.
I found the whole company to be completely unprofessional and underhanded and I would never recommend them to anyone.
Avoid it all costs unless you want your property damaged !

I can’t thank Daniel and Julian at Kent Movers enough for making what could have been a stressful move feel completely seamless. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, efficient, and so genuinely kind — nothing was too much trouble.

They treated every item with such care and respect, and somehow managed to keep the mood light and positive throughout the whole day (no small task when surrounded by boxes!). Their teamwork and attention to detail were faultless — everything arrived safely and exactly where it needed to be.

Moving house can be overwhelming, but Daniel and Julian made the entire process smooth, calm, and even enjoyable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kent Movers to anyone — they truly went above and beyond.

Kent movers were great! Good lads who couldn’t do enough. They arrived early and were quick to start. It went well and we cleared the house in good time. It took a while to get the keys for our new property and they waited patiently as the price given is for the whole day and they are clear about when extra charges start and what they are, they are happy to provide an invoice for chargeback purposes for solicitors. Once we got the keys they started moving stuff in. Again it began real smooth and they asked questions along the way. Sadly we couldn’t fit our bed base in our new room and we had to make some last min changes which was no problem for them. Towards the end it began to get a bit quicker and felt like they stopped reading the boxes they were all dumped in the garage. However the lads were always polite and we had a good laugh. They even came back the next day to remove the headboard from our bedroom (has we couldnt) and as a super king size it was very heavy however these lads made it look so easy! A few marks on some things which I will not complain about as these lads worked hard and things happen through no fault of anyone’s! Would I use them again! Most Definitely!! Don’t be put off by the lack of reviews on this site for this company… I think they should claim this profile and build on it as it’s all highly rated! I only gave it a 4* because I couldn’t pay using my credit card and could only do bank transfer, plus towards the end of the move everything was put in the garage (even when I named all the boxes) otherwise everything was great and like I say, I would use them again as priced well out of 4 quotes I got, all from local Medway companies. Job well done 👏

I cannot imagine a better customer experience when it comes to movers.
Before moving a staff member visited and offered a quote based on our possessions ; friendly and informative, happy to patiently answer any questions. Quote was for the whole day, meaning we wouldn't be surprised with extra charges if the move was delayed by a few hours. Able to easily get in touch with the company before the move for updates and questions. The whole team friendly and clearly putting customers first.
Moving day: arrived on time and kept updated. Very careful with all item, very professional throughout. Jordan and Joe were a delight; thank you to the whole team for making our moving day stress free!

Moved a very large family house short notice. Absolutely fantastic customer service. Julian was so supportive given our circumstances for moving and I really appreciate what you did for me.

Have recommended to all of my London + Kent friends.
