I placed my order on 1/04/26, received an email on 7/04/26 saying that my order had been shipped and was on its way and also that I'll receive my receipt in a separate email within 24 hours. As of 13/04/26 I've received no order, no receipt, no update, the tracking number /link isn't working.
I'm very upset - 12 days passed and it looks like my parcel has gone missing. My previous experience dealing with Kenwood customer service was extremely poor. and that's why I'm very apprehensive to contact customer service again.

Gemma, from Kenwood UK replied to me directly on 13/04 - promissed to investigate and reach out to me directly. Today is 14/04 and I have heard nothing from them and the item is still missing. In the meantime I've noticed that there are only 8 items left of the website so I'm very concerned that while they've been 'investigating', the item will be sold out. I tried to call Kenwood customer service directly but they are useless - no help, no information, no update. Just told me to sit and wait for the item to arrive. Very fraustrating experience!

Ordered mixer 30/03/26, still not received it, no updates from Royal Mail, tracking service is useless.
Not happy at all.

We bought a second hand Kmix AGA edition. It is a little small for what we need but that’s on us. The unit itself is superb, works every time. I clogged up the top by putting too much dough in it which resulted in requiring a repair. Jumped on line, bought spares, fitted spares and boom done, as it should be.

These days durability and serviceability are of paramount importance to us and probably the world tbh. Kenwood stuff works and when it doesn’t you can fix it, perfect!

There was a 3 working day delivery on buying the product. Kenwood had no problem taking the money. Then emailing me to say there was a despatch problem.

Then it was Easter, so 2 bank holidays.

This was a birthday gift, which arrived today, so I gad no gift for my sons birthday on the 7th!

Quick delivery, looks beautiful and cake making is a dream

I like the very quick delivery and the sturdiness of the grinder. I disliked the fact that it clogs up very quickly and was hopless at grinding peanuts. The instruction booklet wouldn't down load and so I only have the very basic booklet that came with the grinder.

Arrived quickly. Product easy to use. - used to shred cabbage carrots etc to make sauerkraut. Have used the processor section also. All good.

Placed the order on the 27th of March and the order still not dispatched 7 days later. Customer service unable to help. Will not purchase anything else again.
