We had an incredible experience thanks to our guide, Mindu. He was extremely knowledgeable, sharing fascinating insights about the animals, their behaviors, and how they interact with each other in the wild. I learned so much more than I expected! Mindu was also an exceptional driver - skilled and calm, even on rough terrain - which made us feel very safe throughout the journey. His passion for wildlife and dedication to giving us a memorable experience truly stood out. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing safari experience. We saw Nakuru & Masai Mara parks over 3 days and saw so many beautiful animals and places - way beyond our expectations. Our Guide Mindu was a wealth of knowledge and kept us smiling the whole time. Lodging was perfect and every detail was well planned - highly recommended!!

We had a great safari experience with our guide Mindu. Due to his experience we were able to see a lot of animals even in low season. Whenever we saw something he gave a Detail explanation of the animal and it’s behaviours. The trip was well planned, the route was Great as well as the apartments.

3 ladies in our 70's... lol i had the best trip ever....
it was everything i had hoped for and more... i will

Our Safari in Kenya was beyond our expectations. We were matched with Simon a lovely very experienced animal lover. He seemed to know the habitats of the animals and when they would make their next movement. One day we sat watching a whole drama happen before our eyes. With the crocodiles waiting to feed on Zebras but the zebras changing their minds when a young lion decide to cross the River. Simon pointed out how even the giraffes were alert to the drama. Simon was quick to ensure we were safe when passing thru busy communities by pointing out activities we should avoid in some situations. Simon also knew which times of the day were better for viewing the animals. At one lodge we were thrilled to go to sleep each night listening to the hippos leave the River to go hunting and in the morning we heard the hippos come back to the river to sleep again for the day. He certainly had a good idea of what views would make stunning pictures with Mt. Killy in the back ground. We viewed some wonderful sun sets. Once we were situated in Nairobi Simon introduced us to a driver that would be available if we wanted to explore Nairobi. We found Simon and Africa experience took very good at care of three senior ladies. It was an adventure every day watching the animals in their natural habitats.

Our guide Simon knew a lot about animal behavior and pointed out the interaction of the different animals we could see.
This made the safari to an unforgettable experience

We enjoyed our time in Kenya with the best tour guide ever - Simon. He made the trip even better for us. His sense of humor blended great with ours. He knew just where to go to capture the best photographs. Kenya is an amazing country.

The first morning of our tour, we were met by Alex, who explained the details of our itinerary in Kenya, and answered our questions. The briefing was thorough and put us at ease.
We then met our wonderful guide Simon. I cannot say enough good about him, as he exceeded our expectations with his kindness, knowledge, and photographer’s eye in capturing beautiful shots of the scenery and wildlife.
The Land Rover vehicle was spotless and in excellent operating condition. There was always fresh water available. The shock absorbers worked well to cushion the “African massage”.
The accommodations were all very nice….clean and comfortable. I personally loved the Sopa Lodge and wished we had an additional day there. The food in all the accommodations was excellent and overabundant.
I have nothing negative to say about our Kenyan experience. It met and exceeded expectations. Big kudos to Simon. He was amazing. Thank you Kenya Experience!

Great Safari. Best driver ever seen

We spent a week with our guide Emmanuel in various parks in Kenia. "Manu" was a wonderful and highly competent guide who was able to explain a lot about the animals and nature. The trips through the country, some of which lasted several hours, were also very exciting, as Manu was knew many things about local culture. We were very happy to meet such a friendly and interesting person! Greetings from Switzerland.

Would just like to write up a quick note of appreciation for the efforts in the organization and administration of my recent best of Kenya Safari.
The whole experience from pre-travel administration and briefings to the Safari itself was amazing we saw much much more than the expected big five,( and so close ) the lodge & tented accommodations were a perfect balance, the guide/Driver ( Simon ) was super knowledgeable, and a safe and efficient driver.
The entire trip from the start to finish seemed to run on rails, without any hic up’s or plan changes, great work for sure – A job well done.

Had a wonderful week in Kenya and left with a greater appreciation and knowledge of bird life and animal behaviour thanks to our learned guide, Simon. His experienced eyes saw things we would have missed, such as a lion cub with a bloody head from eating its prey, ostriches romancing each other, and gazelles mating. Simon's experience meant he could recommend the best spots for photos and videos. Thank you Kenya Experience for putting together a wonderfully memorable bucket list trip. We loved the accommodation and unique locations, the food was exceptional, the service world class.

We’ve been to Africa & Kenya first time last year in November and due to the amazing nature/wildlife in Kenya, we’ve decided to come back again as we wanted to experience Kenya & and it’s nature/wildlife at a different season. We chose again Kenya-experience (booked through elefant-tours) for our safari due to the awesome experience we had last time.
Again, Alex M. from Kenya-experience and Simon K., our guide, were amazing and organized everything so well - starting with our pick-up from the airport in Nairobi til our drop-off in Mombasa. Lodges in the parks (Masai Mara, Amboseli & Tsavo West) were again very well chosen, clean & tidy tents with amazing service and friendly personnel.
Most importantly for us, we had again so many gorgeous and memorable animal sightings during our game drives incl. very rare species in the different parks. Two of many highlights were sightings of a huge lion pride including cubs in Masai Mara as well as dozen of Elephants in front of the smiling Kilimandscharo. We'd also like to mention that - unlike some guides of other travel agencies we've witnessed - our guide Simon was always very patient with us when we were taking photos and never rushed us to get to the next site. Additionally, his knowledge - not only about the different animals but also about plants, trees and local culture - is what makes a Safari with Kenya-experience really amazing and outstanding. If you want an outstanding safari and no run-of-the mill experience, we will always recommend to choose kenya-experience as your travel provider. We thank Alex and Simon and the amazing staff at kenya-experience for an - again - unforgettable travel experience and are planning to come back soon.

My colleague and I went to a safari for 14 Days in October 2023. The first 6 Days we were in Tanzania, then we passed through Kenya. The whole organization was perfect. From pick up, while safari (food, timing,...) until drop off. Also the border was no problem!
Our Guide, Simon, have many years of experience so we saw a lot of animals and learned much about them and the culture in Kenya. Simon is a very kind person. His car “Anna” was always clean and comfortable (it’s a new one). Our accommodations were great and very clean. The service in the tented lodges like Mara Legends Camp in Masai Mara was awesome! We loved it to stay in the parks. The Masai Mara and Amboseli Nationalpark (with Kilimanjaro!) was our highlights. We really enjoyed the trip and like to make a high recommendation, especially to drive through both countries.

Book on africa-experience (mother company) and enjoy an unforgettable trip!

Through the wild traffic of the urban jungle of Nairobi, across the endless expanses of the Maasai Mara, Kilimanjaro within easy reach and relax on Diani Beach. All this and much more we were able to enjoy together with Kenya Experience and our great guide Anthony. We have taken him and the country into our hearts. Unrestricted recommendation from our side.
