Do not order from kenzo.com!

Do not order from kenzo.com!
I ordered a t-shirt from Kenzo.com. It arrived with stains and marks.
I tried to contact the customer service by phone, it is the mean of contact which is mentioned on their website.
But they just don't feel like picking up the phone! Instead you hear a message asking to contact them through the contact section of the website.
The contact section would not send my message because it would not recognize my VALID order number! This is so ridiculous!
No email address is mentioned on the email confirming the order. They don't even give there clients a way to contact them by email! This is so unacceptable.
I wish I would have checked Trustpilot before placing my order, there would be no order and no frustration!

Absolutely shocking customer service couldn’t give me the measurements of a jumper over the phone for an item what the hell is wrong with this place? Both the manager and worker are rude and don’t respond to your questions

I do hope it will work with that later. I love all their products like parfumes, bags and shoes and so on. And hopefully it will work out later with them as well. How we should go with that matter really ? Why there are so much negative reviews about all this ?

Amazing service

Bought my first ever pieces from kenzo last year, in store in london- staff were super friendly and helpful despite being a younger customer. They assisted my choices by showing me other products not on display obviously and advised on how certain sizes would fit.

I love Kenzo and its products

I love Kenzo and its products. Over the years I have bought so many clothes, shoes, and bags. The quality of the products is so great. I went to different Kenzo stores in Europe (UK, France) and I bought online too. Both in stores and online the service is excellent. The people working in the stores are so friendly and helpful. Especially the people from the London store are so nice, I’m always looking forward to visit the store (I live in the Netherlands were there is unfortunately no Kenzo store). The sending of packages ordered online is fast and correct. I will definitely keep buying Kenzo since I love their designs, quality, and service!

I would give a 0 star if i could!!

I bought Kenzo espadrilles from Kenzo shop in Japan and loved it. However, it was damaged in the rain on my trip to Taiwan, so I was looking to replace it. I was only able to find it in my size in the Kenzo official online shop, so I put the order through.

Unfortunately, for some reason, they wouldn’t accept my debit card. I definitely had enough funds in my account so I wrote to customer service as I was directed to do. All I got was short rude messages with no explanations!! I tried again asking if I could use paypal since I saw the icon. And they just curtly said no. Again, there was no explanations!! It took me a few more emails of questions to figure out that they don’t do paypal for Japan.

Now, I have asked many other online shops before if they could arrange to do a paypal payment since I do have an account even though it isn’t used in Japan, and they were always able to help me with it by sending me a request for payment. But when I asked about this, they just gave me a rude reply saying that they already said to me they cannot do this because I’m in Japan, and again with no further explanations.

Seriously, I don’t understand!! Why are they making it so hard for people to shop on their page! And the customer service person is just super rude the whole time!! I’m so disappointed! Especially since I’m a returning customer!!

Still no emails or order .

Ordered a tiger crest polo shirt Monday morning , it was supposed to be here today or tomorrow morning , I still haven’t received an order confirmation email nor have I received a dispatch email or tracking number , when I go into my order it says in preparation, not the greatest delivery I would have been better buying from 3rd party like brown Thomas .

I will never in life order from KENZO again… Poor Customer Service!!!
Ordered a pair of shoes for my son's confirmation... took 5 days to arrive, even though they write 2-3 days on their website.
Shoes arrive yesterday... and there a - marker line on the shoes!!! BLACK MARKER on the shoes... why don't you check the things you send?????
His confirmation is Sunday... in 4 days... the company will not ship a new pair, NO I need to order a new pair before they'll ship it.. I asked can you ship it express so we at least can have the shoes to Sunday?
No, we don't do that.... I'm like WHAT?? you send me shoes with black marker on it... and you can't make any good service to make sure I'll get the shoes in time....

non-existent assistance

I own a kenzo bag which was missing a slider with the logo and so I went for the replacement of it at kenzo shop in Milan where the staff has simply gave me a name of a craftsman (unofficial Kenzo assistance) at my own expense . it was a negatively surprise by that kind of procedure and for that I sent two e-mails to the official Kenzo assistance in Paris. It's been two months and I've never received any answer about it. from now on I'll be very carefully before buying any Kenzo product.

excellent experience

I was looking for fancy and comfortable winter boots for a long time. I found them on Kenzo website.
I got my order very quickly , in 4 days only, directly from France! Service was excellent! I am very satisfied with Kenzo website’ service.
I love Kenzo design, quality!
It was a good experience.
I really recommend Kenzo website to my friends!

Poor Customer Service

I ordered a track jacket 2nd January and all went through fine. Later that day, I received a cancellation of order email as the item was out of stock, however, some of my friends ordered the same item on the same/following day and have now had their items delivered. The item is still showing as in stock.

Kenzo have said this is just an automated error but I have received nothing.
