Unbelievable

Clearly on this occasion something has gone wrong with the delivery end of the organisation. All previous orders received within 3 days but this time 14 days later still waiting. Message from retailers stating package passed to courier on 24th (10 days after order), on 28th courier still has not collected the package according to their tracking service.

Product ordered on 11th July, the product was in stock at time of placing my order. The product wasn't dispatched until 24th July and it is still in transit today 27th July (11 working days) after ordering and still not arrived yet!

I ordered keraFiber by phone. I had a very polite response, it was quick and over in a minute. I received it the third day. This was my third order, and have never been disappointed. Will always want more.

My first purchase included hair spray and black fiber. It does the job perfectly. I should have added the aplicator for precise application. I will add this on my next months supply. I only use a few pumps of hair spray and it adds style with superb hold. However really CRAPY CUSTOMER SERVICE. It sounded like i was keeping her from doing something! Wont call again

Website not very easy to use, I duplicated my order by accident, but when I phoned customer services to cancel the order, they advised that I had to receive the goods and then send them back. 3 weeks later I am still awaiting a refund. Not very happy!

Kerafiber is the best solution to thinning, falling hair w/out surgery

Excellent product! It has certainly made a major difference to the way my hair looks. I recommend it highly to those in my position of thinning hair.

I find the three items above are very good, my hair feels thicker after shampoo and conditioner has been used on it.
The fibres do a great job of covering up my thin to bald patches good product, all good.
Now the bad news, I find the goods a little pricey, I can get a 25gram of fibres for £28 using million hairs and there product is also very good.

very good product front of my hair getting bit of scalp show but after i use Kera Fiber you can not tell you just have to take your time and after a few ttimes you will get the hang of how much to use to get the cover you need i am very happy bunny thanks

This product does what it says on the tin.It covers the areas you are conscious of and gives you back your confidence,Your hair immediately looks and feels thicker.I purchased the pump to attach to the product as this delivers a more even distribution of the fibres,
I have ordered another and I am not half way through the first one yet.An amazing product . . Go on give it a try . . You wont regret it

not sure how to rate it as havent been delivered all that i ordered. I received the shampoo, conditioner and the fiber hold spray but NOT the hair building fibre!!! So may have to reserve my comments till ive tried the entire product.Can you kindly check my order?

You really need an applicator to use it , that will be my next purchase

I had depression and I've lost hair... This product helps me during my process to recover myself-stem. Is not easy for a cute girl be bold... And this product helps me A LOT.
