I am really satisfied with the order. I recieved my order within 5 days to Germany. Only the shipping fee is quite a bit too high, but the prices are more reasonable compared to other shops.
That's why I still give you 5 stars, you deserve them. If you could grant some sort of discount, please feel free to contact me.

I sure do love the products. The only issue I had was the shipping time :( My order should have been delivered already, but it hasn't till this day. I do trust them alot so I'm sure it'll all be fine!

I was looking for European supplier for wax and other stuff so I dont need to pay custom duties from UK. and guess what this is UK website!! And what's the point of dealing with all the German then??? No infromation about it whatsoever.
Disappointed.
Now When I was about to write them a complain I saw that contact email is actually the UK one. But there's no information about it when ordering.

the only bummer was that after paying 10 euro for shipping, DPD also charge another 5 euro for handling (and don't forget the VAT).

NOT a German website. If you are ordering from the EU, do not be fooled. You will get the brexit import taxes slapped on.

You can not use your saved loyalty points from SFC.co.uk as you are expected to make a new account (although with the same emailadres), but the German look and feel does not mean anything. Very deceitful in my honest opinion.

[edit] From putting items in your shopping basket, to the send information and payment, it never mentions it's being send from the UK.

I ordered their pillar wax blend and I am amazed by the quality and will definitely continue to order wax from them. I live in Germany, so shipping is a little bit pricey, but the wax price is a great deal, so I really can't complain.

Order no 264982. I have been waiting since 19th January for my order. I wrote two emails and I got a short respone. But fact is that I paid and I didn´t get my order so far.

I order regularly. I understand that it is a big change due to the Brexit. However, on the website right now you don't see how much you have to pay in total. This is different with other English candle stores. There is also no information on the website about how the Brexit will be handled and exactly what the fees will be. I give two stars because I was always satisfied otherwise and I hope that the website will be updated soon and maybe the customers will be informed exactly about everything by e-mail. What annoys me the most is just this silence and the lack of information.

I'm still waiting for my order 262207 (Dispatched on 21 January).

I already ordered from this shop and it was everything ok (except some bottles of oil runs a little bit out) but since Brexit its really Bad. I ordered wax and 3 oils, paid 30 € taxes and only 3 oil arrived. Already wrote to custom Service few days ago and no response. Bad Service if you need something and no one is answering...

A few hiccups with the process of recieving the package, but the order was completed in the end.

The delivery was incomplete. They don´t have an e-Mail Adress for costumer service. They only have a UK phone number, you have to pay for fee. I don´t recommend to buy with such a bad customer service.

Liquid colors are great quality. They are so concentrated, and give beautiful color to my rapeseed wax. A little bit goes a long way.

Very friendly service have an open ear for every problem. Fast delivery everything TOP. I recommend to recommend this shop
