Despite numerous emails to this company explaining that I had not received my order and asking for proof of delivery, some 2wks later and I am yet to see proof from them, the date, courier company used or time of supposed delivery. So I am £400 out of pocket, no lights and an appalling and shockingly bad customer service. If I ask them to provide me with when they SAY they delivered I can check CCTV footage. But they're not providing me with this and the communication is abysmal. I would urge anyone to think twice about ordering from here. I'm out of pocket and have had no real guidance or response from them.

Ordered 120 sockets and although great delivery service I received 120 plugs. Hopefully someone will be in the office at 09-00 to send out a re-delivery ASAP Thursday morning?

Sockets sent next day delivery and arrived before 11AM. Cheers

A great company with quality products and good customer service.

KES Power and Light are simply the best at providing us with our event electrics. They are quick to respond, their quality is great and they simply provide a very good all round service.

I regularly mess Paul at KES about, requesting quotes and generally mithering him !
But he is always patient, and the products he sends me are always of outstanding quality. In the event’s industry it is always good to know that Paul is at the end of the phone.

I am looking for a quote for a part 7170930100 , this is for KES but I do not what division and you just told me no and that's it, How could I know what division is and a contact to send the information.

We have been using KES for many years now.... they offer excellent service and have always been very efficient, from simple orders such as boxes of connectors last minute for events, to complete distribution boxes quoted and made within a couple of weeks.
The team are brilliant, very helpful and friendly! We have been in to see everyone from time to time from the office to the workshop and nothing is too much trouble!
We cannot recommend them enough and we will always go back to them as our main supplier for event and temporary cabling and distribution equipment!
