Total rubbish. Website illustrates a fully detailed personalised dj figurine. What you get is a laser cut 5 mm plywood profile with an applied image. Completely misleading website, suspect other "products" will have same issues.
Avoid this misleading seller.

I would give this company zero stars if I could.
Kespire uses highly misleading product photos that do not represent what they actually send you. The images on their site look high-quality, but the items that arrive are nothing like the photos—cheap materials, poor workmanship, and completely different in appearance.

The only hint that the product may look different is buried in their fine print, written in vague language. And when you contact them to complain, they simply point to that tiny disclaimer and refuse to take responsibility.

Save your money. I paid for what was clearly shown as a plush toy, but what I received was nothing more than a stiff printout of the character, cut into the shape of the toy.

The heart break for the piece of crap we paid good money for was enormous, A gift for a child for Christmas had to put in the bin. Absolute rubbish!!

STAY STAY AWAY! EVERYTHING YOU SEE ON THEIR WEBSITE IS RUBBISH. CUSTOMER SERVICES ARE RUDE AND THEY LIE! THEY STATED THAT THEY WOULD GIVE YOU A REFUND FOR WRONG ORDER, BUT THEY DONT! ITS BEEN A BATTLE TO GET A REFUND. WHICH I HAVE LOST.
I PAID THOUGH PAYPAL, AND PAYPAL HAVE REFUSED MY CLAIM FOR A REFUND, WHICH I AM STILL FIGHTING FOR. I WILL NOW BE OPENING A CASE TOWARD PAYPAL! AS I WAS ADVISED THAT PAYING THROUGH PAYPAL YOU ARE PROTECTED. WELL THATS NOT TRUE! THEY CLOSED THE CASE " IN THE SELLERS FAVOUR"! IM THE ONE THAT PAID THROUGH YOU, NOT THE SELLER!!!!!
I WILL ALSO REPORT YOU TO ACTION FRAUD, AND GET YOU CLOSED DOWN! YOU ARE A DISGRACE!!!

Absolutely dreadful, website pictures look fantastic but that’s not the product you receive, what you actually get is a cheap low res vinyl sticker stuck on a piece of acrylic, don’t be tempted by the wonderful website pictures.

The products are rubbish. A peice of wood with your pictures printed on it. Don't think you are getting as described it's crap. Under PayPal rules you don't get a refund even if its broken. Rubbish

The worst thing I have ever ordered online. Absolute rip off. Meant to be a 3D look a like model. Turned up as a 2D piece of wood that looks more like my 80 year old Gran than my 50 year old Dad. Avoid

Absolutely Awful product. My daughter brought her dad a personalised bar tender sign with his face on it for xmas. Nearly £40, it came today and she cried. I cried. I have no idea who the man on the photo is but its not her dad. We can not give this to him for xmas as its a face of a stanger. I will take this to every single avenue I can to get a refund. I will not let this go. And i will not pay to return their rubbish. Absolute SCAM. Be warned

I would give this a zero star rating if I could. I ordered a personalised figuring. All I got was a rubbish cut out. To top it off the image I wanted wasn’t even the correct image I sent over. It’s a completely different person. I mean what use is that to me. It’s impossible trying to get a refund because of there unprofessional denial. Like dealing with kids. Absolute rip off con artists. £35.87 down the drain. Wish I checked on trust pilot before. Avoid at all costs.

I also see they try and make up for it with their replies on here. Don’t believe it. If I could show my email interactions I would. Absolute BS!

If I could score no stars i would. Goods arrived were for a 40th birthday, 1st item meant to be acrylic arrived in wood, nothing like i ordered totally wrong. 2nd came in acrylic but not even like the picture I sent in totaly different person. Such a rip off. Avoid at all costs.waiting for customer service to refund. Doubt that will happen.

I don’t recommend this company at all. I ordered a custom statue that was supposed to feature my husband’s face, but what I received looked like a completely different person! When I tried to return it, I had to pay £14 for shipping, and the company refused to take responsibility. Their excuse was that the products are “AI-generated.” I had to open a dispute through PayPal just to get my money back.
Save yourself the stress — stay away from this company if you don’t want a headache!

Please do not order from this company. They are over seas and I paid in plenty of time to get my order here however it was not shipped, in fact they didn’t find it until I asked for a refund! Then they stated they could not refund my money because the item had already shipped and the shipping information came a day later. Save yourself some time and money and order from someone else!

Ordered an item for hubby for our wedding anniversary and 2 weeks down the line nothing has arrived no shipping notification . Requested a refund 🥹

This website is a scam, they promote products with images and headings such as 3d figurines and then provide you a 2d ai image cut out of wood. They have no interest in doing the right thing, they are misrepresenting their products and falsely advertising to take your money. Do not waste your money or time.

We ordered a personalised record from Kispire. The product received for £40.00 is a sheet of 6mm plywood wood with paper /plastic adhered. Poir font typic, suspended by a cheaper string. We started a complaint and were unable to obtain a refund. Poor customer care and even worse product!

I am disappointed in the quality of the materials and workmanship. The lettering looks like it was stamped out by a machine, which of course it was, but it just doesn't look that good. And I don't know what material they use to make it but I question whether it will withstand rain and sun without splitting and cracking.

I am happy with my hanging letterbox sign. It was so affordable compared to everywhere else and it’s made well. I will seal it just to make sure, but for the price this is great. It looks like it was made with a CNC machine from several layers of wood. I would recommend Kespire for this product.

Took very long to be delivered even though I spent $34 on priority shipping so I basically payed them an extra $34 for absolutely no reason. When the product came I was sad to see that it did not look anything like what was advertised. The quality is very bad considering the price and overall just expected better considering I spent extra on shipping and they said they needed more time to make the product for me, obviously the time they took didn’t go into the quality of the product. Don’t buy from this website you can get better quality and better prices somewhere else, somewhere you won’t have to wait a month for below average products.

Do not use Tespire! It is either a scam or a joke of a company! I ordered a special image of a downloaded photo for my wife for Valentine’s Day. They never sent a proof of my picture to approve and did not respond to my emails. Their customer service is non-existent. Not only did the gift not arrive on time (I ordered it well in advance), but my wife and I both appeared unmistakably Asian. I am of Russian descent and my wife is from New Orleans. I strongly recommend avoiding Tespire!
