Would not buy again

The product arrived later than advertised. The quality of the material for the price paid is very disappointing. The fabric used for the apron is a paper thin product that will provide minimal spill protection as well as the neck strap not having any adjustability.

I like what I got but it was extremely late after I paid for express

I like what I got but I paid for express shipping ($30 for 3-5 days delivery and it came almost a month later). The company said they wouldn’t refund me and the gift was extremely late.

Absolute scam

Absolute scam, took 5 weeks for item to be delivered and they couldn’t give me an estimated delivery date, the wrong item then arrived which they offered to re do I declined as I needed the item for that week (a birthday gift) they then will only offer a 30% refund + deduction of shipping costs which is absolutely crazy o paid £37 for this gift, I just want my money back.

Don’t buy from this company!

These globes (2) were trash

These globes (2) were trash. Not only were the pictures way too small, but they looked like a pretty schooler cut them out. They were crooked and the worst part was THE PICTURES WERE ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE GLOBE!! I was SO embarrassed when they received the gifts.... I will NEVER purchase or recommend them to anyone. If I could give a 0 review I would. The add said 100% satisfaction guarantee. They told me the best that they could do was give me 20% back. They weren't even worth a dollar. I'm disgusted with their service. Horrible!!!!

Top notch service.

Ordered from the UK was expecting it to be difficult to get into contact with them! However, I couldn't of been more wrong! Customer service was on point best service you could possibly expect! And the product was everything I expected! I was updated the whole time!

Very poor quality product, bad customer service

To be honest I don't want to give them any stars! The door number plaque we ordered was very poor quality. The street name was all scratched and overall very poor condition. I contacted the company for a refund and was told we would only be able to have a 30% refund and would have to pay shipping costs. This is NOT what it says on their website. Don't order from this company, shoddy products and bad customer service.

It could have been better

The jumper quality is not good.
It would have been nice for the machine made patch to have a little definition, the dog patch on the jumper did not have any visible eyes.

Cute idea, poor execution- don't get suckered in

The size of the embroidery on the hoodie is tiny and looks ridiculous. Size chart on the hoodie appears way off too. Design quality is poor. Did not resemble the picture and quite frankly looked bizarre. Will not be able to give as a gift. Cute idea, poor execution. Did not look anything like the samples.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

Item received took longer than what website states. I needed to email to ask where my item was, only then did they dispatch it. When it arrived, it was the wrong colour, the embroidery looked nothing like the picture sent and the font changed half way through the name. Although photo evidence was provided on multiple occasions, the disrepectful replies I continued to receive when I asked for a refund prompted me to escalate the matter. I strongly suggest you do not buy from this site.

Don't expect much

Our "crystal" light photo was honestly funny. Looks nothing like us which I get things are not perfect. But it looks like something I did in 6 grade shop class. I will gladly send anyone the photo we used and what we were sent. It was an anniversary gift. Last year. I tried to contact them and they told me to take the wrap off, I had the wrap off and it was on the light. It's thick plastic with an electric pen they use in shop class it is not the beautiful etched pictures on line they show.

False Advertising

I ordered a pet pillow to arrive by May 19. It will not arrive until May 20. I have been in communication with Kespire via direct email and they are unwilling to refund my money. I explained that their website guaranteed the product would be shipped in 3-5 business days and I paid for expedited shipping to get the gift to the recipient by May 19. The gift was shipped on 15 May after ordering on 7 May and will not arrive until May 20 when there will be no one there to receive the gift (recipient returned to Finland). I sent two emails to the vendor before it was shipped telling them it had to arrive by May 19 and they responded I need to be patient. Since their website said it took 3-5 days for handicraft and I paid for expedited shipping to arrive by May 19 and it did not, I should receive a refund. Kespire is fighting this and has been very rude in the process. They tried to justify this by saying the address is too long for DHL. If DHL has a limit on the length of the address, they should incorporate this into their ordering system so it will only accept addresses with so many characters. As I told Kespire-this is their problem, not my problem. DO NOT ORDER FROM KESPIRE-THEY MISREPRESENT THEIR PRODUCT SHIPPING TIMES!
UPDATE: The reply confirms everything I stated that the package will in fact be late. You also provided an email to contact you, but I already did, and you refused to help or issue a refund for false advertising. I noted your reply to all of these negative reviews is "We will help you deal with it in time." What does this mean? It sounds like you will never deal with it.

UPDATE 2: IF YOU PAID THROUGH PAYPAL, ASK FOR A REFUND FROM THEM! This is a company from China and has no concept of customer service. You will get nowhere by asking the company for a refund. I disputed through PayPal, provided documentation including screenshots of what their website says on shipping and processing times, screenshots of DHL delivery, and proof of correspondence with the company. I received a FULL refund from PayPal.

Jumper is worst quality and poor customer service

Jumper is worst quality and the writing has wrinkles in it.
They will only offer a 30% refund unlike where website saying refunds accept

AVOID AVOID AVOID

As the title says, AVOID! This company is dreadful, had many back and forth emails with my item not matching the description on the website, first off the size of the item was more than 2 inches smaller than advertised, along with the item itself not looking the same as the website, the names didn’t light up but advertised they did… it was a disaster from the minute we opened the box! Tried to settle it through PayPal which is who we paid with, but never got our money back as it “isn’t under buyers protection” absolute scam from PayPal themselves, whoever was contacting me from Kespire was completely unhelpful, made me feel like I was an idiot!

Our item cost us £50 and we never seen a penny of it back from PayPal, the seller offered us less than 30% refund for an item that didn’t not match their description or photos, told us it was for cost of materials which is quite frankly an insult and we weren’t offered it again as we disputed through PayPal!

The item was bought as part of our wedding, the item arrived late so completely missed that date, even though we ordered it in plenty of time, but once we opened and saw the item we were glad that the item never arrived on time as it was DREADFUL!

That being said, if the item arrived on time and looked as it was pictured me and my partner would have purchased more items from this company. But they shot themselves in the foot!!

AS I HAVE SAID FROM THE START! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AS WHAT YOU SEE IS NOT WHAT YOU GET!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AS YOU WILL NOT GET IT BACK IF YOU DO BUY FROM THEM!

Unsatisfactory

Didn’t get a shipping number until we complained and tried to with draw our payment. No approved design. We did then receive a shipping notice after going through PayPal. We then received our poor quality garment very small (ordered a medium got a very small) that looked unfinished with badly finished embroidered,Not at all what I was expecting.
