Waiting upto 2 weeks for a refund.Very slow customer service

Awful experience with Keter. Do not buy with this company as they delivered broken adirondack chairs to us which we had to repack and wait all day for them to be collected after already having waited all day to receive them. Repacking was a hassle. I have emailed the company 4 times to ask when the refund will be processed and to this date nobody has replied. I am still waiting for nearly £400! It's really shoddy customer service. I am also expecting a goodwill payment due to all the hassle. All well and good if your products arrive in tact but dont expect help from Keter they aren't. Be warned.
