I am sure the product is pretty good, however the customer service of this company is terrrible. I am trying to chase a missing item from my order and customer service emails do not get answered at all. So I have to continue to go chasing a product that I have paid for due to the silence of the company not rectifying their error. They even keep sending me emails to review an item that they haven't managed to deliver - Poor experience.
