I'm sorry to have to give Keter only 1 star. This box was just what I was looking for and decided to order direct from Keter as we thought that was more likely to be correct. How wrong we were. It did arrive ontime and well packaged but when my husband begin to check all the components, he found there were 7 items missing, 4 were completely the wrong pieces. Very frustrating indeed. How can anyone pack it so badly especially as all the components had part numbers. The box did get collected very quickly and my refund went through quick too which was in Keters favour. Its put me off buying one now.

The product itself is very good quality, however, the purchasing experience was not. There are two sizes of these storage boxes, a large one (which we ordered) and a smaller one. What arrived was a mixture of both i.e. some components from the larger model and some components from the smaller model. We could, therefore, not build the box. I contacted customer services via the phone and was told they only communicate via email and was asked to send through a list of missing parts which we immediately did. I then received a reply saying that these parts were out of stock and did we want a return and refund or to place the parts on back order. Given the huge size of the box taking up most of our living room and no timeline provided of when the missing parts would become available, we decided to opt for the refund and return option. We were then contacted several days later by a courier to arrange pick up which involved us staying in for another full day as no time window could be provided. The box was picked up yesterday and we are just awaiting a refund. Not an ideal experience.

I would not recommend Keter. I chose to purchase directly from them rather than through another retailer because I wanted to ensure I received a genuine product. Unfortunately, the storage box arrived with several incorrectly sized panels, as shown in the photo. I contacted their support team, and their lack of urgency and customer care was extremely disappointing. Although they offered to send replacement parts, they were unable to provide any timeframe for delivery. I then requested a full replacement unit, but was told this could not be arranged until I had returned the original item, packaged according to their specific requirements. I am currently waiting for them to arrange a courier collection, after which I assume they will send a replacement. The main issue has been their very slow response times. It has now been three weeks since my purchase, and I still have no idea when I will receive a replacement. At this stage, I will be requesting a refund and purchasing through another retailer instead, as that now seems like the lower-risk option.

Half the parts in the box were wrong. They were for a different item, so clearly packed wrong at the factory. And from there on things got worse. Called ketter who said they'd send the right bits, checked back after a few days to be told they dont have the right bits. Told them to pick up and issue a refund. A week on,item still has not been picked up. Avoid going direct to ketter.
