I love Keter products & have many! I ordered this set because I liked the design & two-tone grey colours. However I was disappointed to open the box & find the sofa was broken in a couple of areas & the arms of the chairs made a ‘clicking’ sound when you rested your arms on them (& these parts actually came already made up). After a quick call to Sarah at Keter she dealt with the issues promptly & efficiently - so now I am a very happy customer again!
