Purchased 4 store it out ace, arrived in rotted boxes and plastic was mouldy One had missing part Keter (sth) handle Contacted customer service and was fobbed off with we don't have spares but was to happy to replace the whole unit (which would cost more than sending the spare part) Was advised should get part with turn around time of 30 days Now has been more than two months and nothing I asked for a refund of the cost of the part but they wanted me to provide details of my bank through an email....yeah nice breach of data protection when you already have my details when I placed the order So overall I have over store it out ace that is like a big bin because it's no use when you can't lock it Update after doing this review and 2 months later suddenly offering a refund
