If I could give a 0 I would. The time frame they say is non existent. No order as yet delivered. I have sent 3 emails since my purchase in early January. The last 2 for a refund and so far no reply.

Ordered products back in mid December 2025 and still waiting. Keto advise still trying to clear back orders with proposed new dates continually extended. Extremely frustrating and off putting.

I want a refund on part of my order & have emailed 3 times. Please reply to me or is it a scam?

This is a scam following the dragons dens endorsement of the product. I received 3 bottles and tried to return 2 unopened bottles. They say these were never received. PayPal are refusing to refund ne as I claimed after 30 days. Mainly because the company advised I should try them out. They cause stomach problems and diarrhoea. Im £75 out of pocket with postage and returning the unopened bottles. Total scam.

This company is a total sham and a total scam. I (foolishly!) placed an order on 31st March 2025. I should have read the reviews first. Ain't hindsight a wonderful thing!?! Anyway, I did read the reviews straight after placing order - they were not good - & cancelled the very same day, only to be told that the order had already been processed & it was too late to cancel, but if not happy, return to them within 30 days for full refund.
I received package 3rd of April 2025 & immediately returned to the company, without even opening it, tracked & to be signed for on receipt, and advised them of this fact.
Numerous emails were sent back & forth with me requesting my refund. THEN the package was returned from their customs to my home address as it had been "refused entry". I returned it AGAIN. It was returned to me by customs in May 2025 AGAIN. I will not be returning the package at my own cost AGAIN, & they have refused the full refund, despite the fact that i have done everything within my power to return it TWICE, & they refuse to give contact information re: complaints procedures.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY ON THIS BOGUS COMPANY.

When I did within 10mins I cancelled order,the following morning I was told by one advisor they had not been sent and I could still try them with 50% discount,or full refund
I said am I hearing right 3 bottles £54 cheaper?
No reply
Then soon after another advisor said you were informed wrong , they have been dispatched, impossible as it was after business hours that I ordered them,

She said 35% discount or if I return them I would have to pay the return. Then after I asked for a managers mail address which they ignored she offered me 50% discount
They stopped answering my mail, I asked for a manager they ignored my request. Never again will I buy anything from outside the UK. This is the second time I have been ripped off without a leg to stand

ordered in error from a misleading advert. I cancelled immediately but the response I received was wholly untrue, I was told the order had already been processed and was on it's way, IMPOSSIBLE as I had placed and cancelled the order within seconds. This company is less than professional and if associated with the Dragons Den, they too should be appalled. As a resident journalist with a couple of respected publications I will be writing a full and comprehensive review of Keto Plus Gummies.

These KETO PLUS GUMMIES do not contain any ingredient that will cause weight loss. According to the list of ingredients on the tub it just contains a touch of sugar and salt and some magnesium. I've been taking magnesium for years for other reasons and it makes no difference to weight. The ingredients do not even explain the raspberry flavouring, so its also worrying that there could be dangerous stuff in them which is not listed at all. The writing on the tub is absolutely TINY, you need a magnifying glass - wonder why that is eh? Its a total swindle. £55 down the drain. Could have bought a lot of salad for that.

There is not an instruction as to how this product should be taken.It tells one to TAKE ONE. WELL! HOW? Chew, Swallow, How's best?

Bought this product after seeing it on Dragons den. Very dissapointed. Make no difference to my weight or cravings requested full refund this request was denied, offered 25% refund only

THIS IS A SCAM! I authorized a purchase of $39.99 and they charged $239.99. I contacted them to cancel the order and they do not respond.

Be warned I was going to try to purchase this product before I looked into the product. There really isn't a price so I picked one I thought was 39.00. My card was declined,I thought it was strange so I checked my account & I had enough in for that transaction but figured it must be more so just thought I didn't need it that bad. Then I read reviews on line that it was a scam. So I was glad it didn't go through. But that wasn't the end of it. Every hour my bank kept saying my card was declined. I wasn't using it so it looked in to it. That company was trying every hour to put that transaction through for 239.99. It was in to different companies names. I had to call my bank & have them cancel my card & send me a new card. So beware I read up the gummies don't work & once you put your card number in they will charge you until that money is there. Plus they have the company is under 2 different names my bank verified that.

Back in January I purchased several (5) bottles of pure slim gummies because they advertised celebrities were using them for weight loss. They gave me the option to return the bottles. I had only opened one bottle so all the others were still sealed. I returned the bottles as requested, gave them the tracking number and verified one of their employees picked up the returned items. Now the company refuses to provide me with a full refund as their website they offer. I filed a complaint with the BBB and they refused to respond. We are going on three months now and they will not provide a refund. They have essentially commited Theft by keeping my money AND the returned bottles of their product.
