I just love this plan
I just love this plan. It’s customized just for me and I love the shopping list that is just awesome! I have tried many diets in my life of 67 years and this was the only one that I had results with. I lost over 25lbs in a few months and have kept it off.

A great plan to be apart of. The meal plan is full of easy meals and recipes. I have found this plan to be definitely worth the money with all the extras you are given such as keto tips when eating out,exercise plan, and just overall great tips for your keto journey

Angel, I know exactly!
Angel, you're NOT THE ONLY ONE THEY CANT FIND IN THEIR SYSTEM, YET MY CARD WAS STILL CHARGED. It wasn't until I called the bank and canceled the payment when they found me in their system. They asked me to tell my financial institute that the charge was correct and to release payment and then they would refund me but I refused, because she had already lied twice about our contacts with each other and I was not making any other "deals" with the fraudulent business. The case was ruled in their behalf because they offered a refund and I supposedly refused it. I simply refused to call my credit card bank and tell them the charge was ok, because I knew they weren't gonna refund me. Why else was she so determined that my card released the funds....
Just so that she could refund me? What a joke!

At no point during our interaction did we tell lies. We have a dedicated customer service team and we are always happy to sort out any issues that may come up.
When you placed your order, you purchased with a name and email address entirely different from what you used when you reached out. That's why we were unable to make a match, we had incorrect information.
After you provided the last 4 digits, we let you know there were two matches and asked that you confirm the correct name that's yours. This is because you were writing in under a different name/email address.
We did not hear back from you until you started a chargeback under the correct name and email address you purchased with.
Unfortunately, when a chargeback is initiated, the funds are held by your credit card company, At that point, clients could work with us directly, as we prefer, so we can refund. Or we respond to their credit card company when they contact us during their investigation.
We are not able to issue a refund on funds that have been held by the bank. We were not trying to cut any deals with you by asking you to work with us directly, we were only trying to resolve the chargeback that had been initiated.
We are sorry things did not work out this time.

I just want to say that I love my plan
I just want to say that I love my plan. I have already broken the plateau I have been on for weeks. This is week three for me and I have lost 6.2 lbs. I love the menus with the recipes right there and the shopping lists. It makes it so easy. I realize that more protein works for me and more calories. The meals are delicious, my boyfriend even likes them-except the fish..lol. I think it has worked to confuse my metabolism and kick start it into action. Thank you for showing up on Facebook for me to review and join this program.
