Great Customer service!
Fast service with good selection of products and prices.
Unfortunately the model I chose wasn't great quality and arrived damaged but Keukenloods responded very fast and the issue was resolved in a satisfactory way. Due to this great customer service, I'd certainly recommend them!

Bad, bad, bad company!
Bad, bad, bad!!! Extremely unprofessional company! Ordered dishwasher, given 2 weeks for delivery and installation after 2 weeks, I had to give a call them to find out the exact date and timing but their service company gave me another 2 weeks for the delivery and installation. Stay away from that company as they are not serious with their planning and commitments. I had to cancel the order...

Sorry but this has nothing to do with Siemens! You already had the product in stock. I spoke with both the installation company and your sales team and they told me that the installation team was not able to deliver in time, therefore, the installation had to move for 2 more weeks! It is just your prioritization and planning probelm... Let's at least be honest in here!

Unacceptable delivery service
When delivering the product, they left the fridge in the door, blocking the entrance (couldn't even close the door) and the washing machine outside, just in case someone else needed one.
Afterwards I had to pick both heavy packages myself and put them inside the house through the garage. Unfriendly and not willing to help, when calling to customer support, I was offered a coupon becaues they were not going to help me.

Keukenloods.nl sent me an older cheaper product, but kept the price of the model I've ordered. They've changed the product in the invoice, without any notice. That's straight fraud.

Great Deal on Bosch 4-series dishwasher. Quick delivery. Very friendly personal on a phone and at the shipping department. Extremely happy with Keukenloods!

Miscommunication
When I received an email that my order is ready, I contacted the customer support about what I need to do, and if I need to make an appointment for the delivery. The guy said that I do not need to do anything, and my product will be delivered the next day. When it did not come the next day, I contacted support again and turned out that I had to pick a delivery day, which caused me some delays and had to take extra day off work.
Everything else was very nice.
