Great company before you pay in full. Awful company once they have your money.
40K kitchen and 3K installation. Looks nice but functionally incomplete.
They things they acknowledged will be fixed in… 2 months! I get the damaged panels need to be ordered from the factory, everything else could be fixed right now but we have to wait. 3 cupboards can’t be used because the push mechanism was missing at installation, so they just sit empty.
Then the washing machine connection started leaking. They blame the one piece that was not installed by them and refused to even inspect in person.
I replaced the tap myself and stopped the leak. But the root cause is still there.
Closing the cold water tap in the quooker crates water pressure that vibrates though the pipes. Quooker Custer service said “contact the installer “ but keukenmaxx does not even reply.
They refuse to offer any service, or even send someone to have a look.
Their installation was fast but poorly done. Every panel they cut filled the cabinets with sawdust, they installed the kitchen on top without cleaning up. That dust will forever live under the oven. Only for the refrigerator I managed to vacuum myself so it’s not installed already dirty.
Their installation insisted the washing machine would not fit and raised the countertop by 1 cm. There a 1 cm gap between the handle and top of the washing machine so completely unnecessary change that affects the ergonomics considerably.
Their sales team is super friendly and professional. Everyone after is the opposite.

We had a very good experience with Keukenmaxx Barendrecht. We had visited quite a few place to look at kitchens and the onsite service with Keukenmaxx was by far the best. They took us in for a sit down without having to book an appointment and took alot of time with us, walking around, drawing things out, running through any issues. When it came to signing, we were given a 'that day deal' and a 'think about it deal' which was far below what we had been quote else wehere. The follow-up calls, emails and appointments were great and the gentelmen that came to measure up and install were fantastic. Keukenmaxx did not try to force the most expensive products and were very respectful of our budget. The quality of the kitchen is great, european made and sturdy. We were helped by Anthong Borges and i would highly recommend. My only minus point during the whole experience was having to drive a 3 hour round trip to confirm our worktop. They ask that you make an appointment with the independent worktop supplier to check that you are happy with the one you have chosen 'in real life' and while i appreciate this, when we got there there was only one worktop and we spent 30 seconds looking at it. I couldn't tell you now if the one we have installed is the exact one we viewed or not.

TLDR: Do not purchase from Keukenmaxx. Terrible customer service and warranty for expensive products.
We recently purchased a ceramic kitchen worktop from Keukenmaxx and had it installed by them. Just two months later, there is a large crack extending from the stove opening across the entire worktop. It continues to spread and get worse. This is not due to any damage on our part; we suspect it was caused by them installing it with the stove (there is a significant gap between the stove and worktop, when it should be flush). They sent someone to look at it, and they refused to cover it under the supposed two-year warranty. For a brand-new, supposedly high-quality product that we invested a significant amount of money in, we would expect far better customer care.
We should also mention that the sales rep has gone completely dark on us since the installation was complete, despite contacting them repeatedly to have something else fixed and added due to some (expected) installation damage. As soon as you pay, they disappear and take no accountability for their work.
We are now forced to go through insurance to try to get our (brand new) kitchen fixed.

It was the first time we had to design a kitchen from scratch and we had little idea of what we wanted but Mark helped us understand our options. Generally a lot of time spent on helping us decide and finalise the details. Kitchen was installed on time and all in one go. I changed my mind last minute on the tap (on the day of installation) and yet the branch at Hoofddorp and Erik (the director) sorted it out in a few days. Thank you very much Mark and Erik!

We were choosing "KeukenMaxx" based on their advertisement and nice and comprehensive showroom, but unfortunately (despite the high pricing) I need to mark only with 2 stars because of the following reasons:
1. Poor customer orientation. For example, my request was processed almost 3 weeks and all the time I was need to remind about myself. Still waiting the final response about panel (1 month from initial request)
2. Prepared kitchen design has omissions. Installed oven didn't work properly in 2 days after installation!! As oven manufactures said today it is not recommended to install the oven above the washing machine...Why kitchen designer didn't know about that? We will need to fix the oven in couple weeks of usage... No comments!
I hope the Keukenmaxx representatives will help us to resolve these issue ASAP.

Beautiful kitchen but some problems after signing the contract.
The initial signing went quite well and the team did a nice follow up to keep their record updated. But the problem started once the kitchen is set to be installed. The sales person made some assumptions while selling the kitchen (he thought that all new built houses are the same).The kitchen installation team came up with request of additional expenses and we had to unfortunately bear those unexpected expenses (even though we we had an all-inclusive contract).

Utterly awful company. The worst I've ever had to deal with. Cannot design kitchens. Definitely don't have a clue how to install them. Customer service is terrible. Communication, both internally and to the customer is dire. Noone takes responsibility. Even when escalated to the Director level, problems are not sorted out. Absolutely pathetic, I wish I'd never heard of this bunch of total jokers.
Avoid. Like. The. Plague.

It is a sad indictment of this company that the fastest response I have ever seen from them is when a public review is written.
But it gets worse. After 'shock' is expressed, I was indeed contacted by Mr. John Ladan, of Keukenmaxx Hoofddorp - but only to be asked to remove this review! Unbelievable.
The same Mr. Ladan had promised to get back to me by 1st May on the outcome of another internal discussion on Keukenmaxx's failure to install my kitchen. But, predictably, a week later and I've heard nothing - yet another broken commitment.
It's been over two years since the kitchen was ordered.
Keukenmaxx have already been to my property eight times and have failed to complete the installation after so many opportunities.
It would be monumentally challenging to find worse service.

We had beyond disappointing experience in Keukenmaxx Hofddorp. After we actually ordered the kitchen the communication has deteriorated to say the least. Sadly, this is not my biggest complaint. When the kitchen arrived ('that was over 2,5 months ago) I realized that the countertop is completely wrong. Mistakes of course happen, but its the way they are handled afterwards. And that was (is) terrible! Keukenmaxx confirmed that it was their mistake, but up until this moment have not confirmed when we will be getting the countertop we ordered and paid for. My desperate emails remain unanswered. Promises to comeback to us are never met. And that's for a kitchen which was close to 45k! the kitchen is not even fully functional as the lights have not been installed - also completely unclear when that's going to be done. Simply terrible experience. Stay away

After my post someone indeed got in touch but only to say that they are not yet able to give us the date when the issues will be solved. This is not good enough

After my update above, i got a call from the shop manager (the same day - last Saturday) who gave some guidance on the delivery but said that he is unable to commit to a date and he will call me back on Monday or Tuesday at the latest. Obviously, NOTHING happened so far (its Sunday more than one week later). Frankly, given the limited influence we seem to have, im exploring options for an external support in this story as I don’t think we will get anywhere with them.

The date for countwrtop replacement has now been indeed set for end of march. Looking forward to this!

After many visits of Keukenmaxx, 6 months after the kitchen was installed (and fully paid for), im relieved to say that we are done!!and we do not need to deal with this company anymore!! Overall, it has been a true horror and certainly the biggest mistake and dissapointment of the entire renovation project. its simply sad to see how this company is taking its clients for granted and fails to provide a very basic customer service. Nothing to do with a premium service one would hope for.

What a terrible experience we've had with Keukenmaxx and specifically the manager John at the Hoofddorp location!! I reported the fact that we were shocked at the low quality of one of the items we bought from him and he never once apologized (which is the first thing he should have done, customer service 101). Instead he has given us the run around, not returning our calls or emails and acting outright rude to us. When we finally met with him in person (we had to just show up as he wasn't responding to calls) he was defensive and repeatedly tried to treat me like a simple woman who simply "changed her mind". This is a horrible way to treat your customers, and reflects a very old school way of doing business, not believing them and essentially treating them like they are liars. In front of us we agreed on what the price would be to replace the item in question and after weeks of waiting he presented us with an offer that was 50% MORE! Unbelievable. When you spend close to 30k on a kitchen you have no guarantees on what shows up... and a company (at least this manager) that instead of simply making things right is still looking to make a profit off you. Hopefully someone higher up the chain takes ownership of this soon. I will never recommend this company to anyone! What a shame after the very good experience we had with their sales manager. I guess it's easy to sell if you're not accountable for what's actually delivered.

A warning to potential kitchen buyers. Keukenmaxx will offer you a very flashy experience when you purchase a kitchen - friendly staff, refreshments, free gifts with purchase, but beware, this is where the service ends. We purchased what we thought was a "premium" 30k EUR kitchen from Keukenmaxx, and we expected a premium service. Our "premium" kitchen arrived with significant damage to one of the units and two doors, a worktop that was fitted incorrectly, and in a material we did not order. The worktop looks very very cheap, and after putting a cardboard box on it, it has already scratched in several places. We were told it was a premium material and good substitute for marble. It is nothing of the sort. It feels like a wood covered in plastic. Since making a complaint we have been completely ignored by both the Keukenmaxx customer service and the branch where we bought it, despite being promised on several occasions that we would be contacted. All of the staff we've spoken to have taken zero ownership of the problems and we have yet to receive an apology for not getting what we ordered. We're now planning to take our complaint to the Dutch Foundation for Consumer Complaints Boards as a result of our experience. I would strongly advise against ordering your kitchen from this company.

We were assisted by Marc van der Veen of Keukenmaxx Hoofddorp in our search of a new kitchen. We received sincere and realistic advise regarding our wishes and budget for a new kitchen in our oppinion. One strange fact is they draw everything by hand instead of using 3D kitchen software. In the end we perceived this as sign of their professionality, because it led to a detailed insight in our kitchen to come. We haven't missed today's 3D kitchen software for a moment. Everything is well documented and the kitchen buying process is made clear and is cared for very well by Keukenmaxx; you know what you are up to.

I loved the fact that Keukenmaxx gave us almost a full week to contemplate on how we designed the kitchen. After a week passed, we came back to finalize our designs for the kitchen. I thought I was pretty confident with everything we picked out but Mark gave me some great insights that I didnt realize before! I believe this is what makes the store different. Every kitchen store has the materials that you can select, but to think this through takes expertise and a lot of patience. Mark never once made us feel rushed, really made it feel like this project was his "babe" too". In the end, we got a beautiful luxury kithcen that truly optimizes space! (Which is a hard thing to do in Amsterdam)!!
