My experience with the company overall…
My experience with the company employee was great, he came, replaced my key due to chip issues, everything was under 30 mins, my overall experience with the company communication I’d say could use some work, I wasn’t given reliable estimates on when the driver would arrive, the driver arrived 3 hours after I was originally told but I can say when he arrived he got straight to business, price(ok) would be reasonable if the time is communicated correctly.

Quick and Thorough
Jason was one of the technicians who reached out after my inquiry, he was very transparent and quick. He let me know when he was running late to get to me and when he arrived it was straight to businesses, he got my car key made in less then 30 minutes and was very transparent with the pricing. Would recommend to a friend, hopefully I won’t have to call again but if I do it’ll be through them :)

High price but Same day friendly service
I lost the only car key I had to an old Honda. They came the same day and we were able to make a new working ignition/door key on the spot. However, they quoted me $150 to $250 based on the key. I got the most basic key and they ended up charging me $230 total. So they definitely were not transparent about the price. It’s definitely a higher price than most other locksmiths around, But they did come on the same day, did good work and were friendly. The communication could be a little bit better, however.

The service provider was unable to perform the service. I was forced to find another provider on my own, who actually did the service cheaper, $110. Keynes has so far refused to reimburse my money.
