Terrible time last night

Terrible time last night. No One Came, I waited over an hour. I received a bunch of text messages with options A-D. I finally spoke to a person. They said that they would cancel the one company and call another one. I called back about 20 minutes later and they said that they haven't call anyone yet. I called a local locksmith and they came within 20 minutes and got it done. I was alone, an older woman and it was getting dark out while I waited for KeyMe. NOW, I'm waiting for a refund. I am going to try and call, but so far I can't get a human. They said they wouldn't charge me until I had the services done, then they texted me and said it'll be 4-5 business days before a refund shows up.
