None of the keys I had duplicated worked in the lock. I had the same original key scanned twice and neither duplicate set worked.
However customer service was great and issued a quick refund.
This is the second time I've used this specific machine and the last time only one duplicate out of three worked. May be something wrong with the machine at this specific location. I won't use it again.
