My first try, it was a disaster. The directions said press firmly, so I held it firmly for the scan and cut, but don't do that because it messes it up. The second try, I pressed and let go, and it turned out fine. I wouldn't pay for the extra polishing, there are still metal flakes attached. The second was just rough cut and it works perfectly.
