I appreciate the change in the machine that mails the key rather than making it onsite. While having the key immediately is great, having a machine that isn't regularly maintained can create problems that make the key unreliable (have had this before). The RFID key onsite is a great change (although I wish the stickers were less expensive and also onsite). Thanks for this service!
