I had 2 keys made on a whim and one didn't work at all, the other only works with some effort. The one that didn't was the upgraded American Flag which was a bummer. They both had areas that needed further sanding, this was an upgraded fee per key to de-bur.
For the cost, a normal locksmith would have been cheaper. Unless they offer me a free key, likely I won't utilize the service again.
