Pour customer service.

Having a common house key made, the unit stated my key was a special order saying it needed delivered and would have an additional charge. Hesitating I agreed, still needing a duplicate. After completion, I made it again, same machine, and there wasn't a special-order cost. Just came out of the machine. I emailed customer service about the overcharge, and I wanted to get a refund on the difference. They basically said, too bad.
THIS WAS YOUR MACHINES MISTAKE. I felt this was a pour customer interaction, even if it was for just a few dollars. Your machine duplicates keys very well and is quick. But the special-order needs adjusted, and customer services seems to be ran by children. There is more to working with someone than a few dollars. I'm considering writing a few reviews on google ect. I know that is worth more than a few dollars, so this is about my experience with your customer service and not really the machine. I guess if I don't hear back from you, I'll start the reviews. Thanks!
