First time, great customer service
This was my first time using a KeyMe kiosk, and I wasn't sure how it would go. I had one key that made copies right away and one that had to be shipped to me. The ones at the kiosk were great, but one of the ones shipped to me wouldn't work and another was very stiff. I reached out to customer service and they gave me a full refund. I would definitely order from them again, fully recommend!

If I could leave minus review, I would. I called this company on Tuesday afternoon and made an appt for 4:00 pm to meet at my house and retrieve my keys, phone and wallet. I suggest you call someone else." Now it's after-hours and the new locksmith has to charge me $310.00. Dont use KeyMe unless you want to take a chance on be stranded
