The keys were made wrong, again
The keys were made wrong and customer service never reached out to me for a refund. I will never use the kiosk again. This is the 2nd time this has happened.

Terrible product
Visited the KeyMe kiosk at Menards today and the end product was terrible. The copy did not match the original at all. There was no printed receipt that came out so there was no order number we received to be able to get a refund. A one off event would be somewhat understandable, but manager Jacob at Menards informed me that this is a common occurence with the kiosk. I don't understand why this is acceptable for the company or Menards. I will not use these kiosks again.
