The ability to scan a key and save it, and then produce a copy later, is very convenient. The process of logging in to the kiosk is less so, and if you don't log in the benefits of having the account are lost. They used to do fingerprint scanning for verification, but that ability seems to have been removed. Restoring it, or using the KeyMe app on your phone via Bluetooth, would be a big help.
