I followed the directions and the copy that was produced did not work on my door. I also didnt like that i was offered to upgrade the quality of the key for extra money of course. Why not just charge what you want to charge? Instead making it feel like it was my fault that the key wasnt made properly because i didn't upgrade.

If I could give zero stars, I would. They keys that were cut did not work and because it is an unmanned kiosk, there is no one to help you. The location was in a Walmart and they were no help at all.
