Excellent service.... Ordered on Tuesday afternoon, providing just a photograph of the key, as I couldn't find the code.
Keys delivered on Thursday morning and are PERFECT.

Ordered a key using the code from original key. The key I received had a totally different cut. Sent a pic of the original and purchased key side by side to show how different they were and was told I got what I ordered. Payed through PayPal so should get my money back.

I was skeptical after reading the reviews here but decided to make a big purchase anyway. Delivery did take 4 days, a little longer than i had expected but not an issue. Ordered a bunch of kaba keys, and they all were correct and worked fine, except one of them where it was incorrectly cut. I raised the issues with Gary and got a response the next day saying a new one will be sent out for me and dispose of the non working one. New one came and it did indeed work. I am very happy with this company and would order again as i do need some more keys and this seems to be some of the cheapest places i’ve come across.

Keep away get no response from emails paid for a key 10 days ago no key no reply from email no phone number to contact on stay away looks like a scam.

Ordered a replacement triumph motorcycle key with the code. The key that arrived was laughably different and obviously didn’t work. I could have done better myself with a blank and a nail file!
Not surprisingly they haven’t replied to my e mails.
Seems very much like a scam company!
Don’t waste your money!!

Key received promptly but didn’t fit. I’ve sent 2 emails requesting a replacement key that fits or a refund but to date not received a response.

Five star service. Ordered keys for 40yr old z1100.
Ordered sat received Tues excellent fit.
Would use company again.
Do feel for guys who have fallen foul of the postal service.

If I could have given less than 1 star I would have!
Ordered and paid for two keys to be cut from code and never received anything, when I chanced to see what was happening I was told sent out via Royal Mail in franked parcel. I would have to take it up with them! Royal Mail said it was the senders responsibility to chance undelivered items, never got any response from Gary at key to code again after this. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE (OR COVID!)

Ordered two keys to code FK 957, when they arrived they were different to each other and to big for the lock.
The company won't answer emails, their own email to me asking for a review doesn't work when you attempt a response. Their facebook link goes to a Web designer in Pakistan.

A thoroughly poor experience and all to get £15 out of a client by supplying an unusable product.

Just received a replacement key for my Kawasaki GPZ500S. Fits perfectly, took 5 days (including the weekend).
Delighted with the service.

Ordered a key for an old Honda and was informed it was shipped and six days later no key and no reply to my emails, very poor

I ordered a key for a 40 year old motorcycle and to be honest i expected it not to be perfect.
How wrong I was, it worked seamlessly.
I am coming back here for my keys in the future. Cheers guys top job and I am very happy.

Ordered a spare HISS key for my 2005 Honda CBR using the code from the original key plate. The key arrived in a couple of days and fits perfectly. Would recommend Key2code and would use again in future.

Key dose not fit. The cut is different. When i email Gary. He told me the key was to long this was my fault due to me asking for a longer key and not the cut, i wish I could up
Load the picture of the two keys, you can see the keys are cut wrong. Do not use this company. The email was threatening and rude very poor customer service.

Great service, I had given the wrong key type, they found out from Kawasaki the correct one and sent me a working key and the problem was turned around in a couple of days.

Ordered and paid for two spare caravan keys. 5 days later and an still waiting for them. Very unimpressed.

ordered a key quoting my keycode,received the new key which clearly was too large and the wrong type although my keycode card for my ktm was correct,i sent them a photo of my key but they did not offer to replace or refund my £16.95.i ended up going to timpsons who quickly made a key and it cost £6.95,you decide but obviously not impressed with key2code

Ordered spare key for my motorcycle on Tuesday ...shipped same day and received by next day ..... key fits all 3 locks on bike perfect ..... soon as seen the price of £9.99 I stopped searching the net on other sites which were vastly more expensive ..... highly recommended ...they do all sorts of keys not just car/motorbikes

Ordered 3 keys Thurs 22.00. Arrived in post Sat 10am. All keys worked first time in locks. Our local key cutter quoted £21. A well know chain quoted £18. Paid K2C £7.95 inc delivery. Well done. Highly recommended.
