The team working on our sale and purchase were amazing. They kept us informed of all steps and progress and were very attentive to calls and emails. When the exchange came close and the stress of the sale/purchase increased, the team where supportive and reassuring to ensure a smooth exchange and completion was achieved. They kept all parties involved in the chain informed, as well as ensured a smooth transition of queries were exchanged in a timely manner. All information provided for our purchase was detailed and was accompanied by a comprehensive explanation of instructions or documents. An extra special mention to our assistant case handler who was fantastic, even with out post completion queries and the bouts of hysteria buyers/sellers quite often have in the process. We would highly recommend Key Conveyancing Solicitors, they won't confuse you with legal jargon or leave you hanging, waiting for a call/email back.

Absolutely faultless service from Key with our recent house sale and onward purchase. There were some difficult issues for them to deal with in the onward conveyancing process, but we were kept up to date at all times, with everything clearly explained throughout. The team were always on hand to discuss any concerns or legal issues we had, and give us the appropriate advice. Their professionalism, understanding, help and constant chasing up the chain were second to none.
