VERY BAD, VERY LOW DELIVERY, NO ANSWER FROM THIS COMPANY EVEN I TRANSFER MY MONEY TO THEM.

It's was my mistake not looking at reviews here earlier before transferring my money. Won't answer my Facebook message. Hotline cannot be reached. Now I'm waiting for their code hoping they are just slow, not scammers.
I'm seriously consider taking further action in worst scenario, since there have been some complaints on their Facebook for the same reason.

Dreadfully slow, usually take up to days to ship an online order, completely opposite of their promise of “5-15 minute online shipping”. The website interface is virtually inaccessible with dozens of broken links. Customer service is beyond terrible where they can’t even solve the simplest problem, if they even respond at all.

Too late. I can't contact them.

It's a shame, this website used to be a good way to buy cheap games, now it's one of the worst, most complicate online payment system I have ever seen. Before all the craps they put into the payment system, It's very simple to order a game, I used to love it, then the website upgraded, now I can't even pay with MasterCard. First, they asked for a mobile number which must be in Vietnam. Then they said my legit MasterCard is not support, what the ****??? And I have a feeling that only one guy working in this website because nobody response to my email, even Facebook message, I just checked a message I sent to them a year ago and they didn't even care to look at...

Bad at delivering and worse at contacting . You can find their hotline or yahoo messenger but nothing of them works , not even 1 answer .

I have purchased some keygames in this store, but the last one made my blood boil!!

Very very slow for me to get the code after completing the purchase. When I wrote to them to ask for my code, I received an unconvincing answer: "Thanh toan lan dau => can 24h de xac minh ko dung tien chua !" --> It meant I have to wait 24 hours to be confirmed for the first order. Damn! I spent approximately $300 in their store and now they asked me to wait for their confirmation with a disrespectful email!!!

In addition to, I have called the hotline 2 (TWICE) and tried to contact the facebook fanpage as well as on the website a lot of times BUT there were NO responses. How ridiculous they are!

Finally, do not believe their slogan "get code in 5-15 minutes" It is a LIE.

P/s: I will never buy anything in their store and never suggest to any of my friends!!!

Bought GTA V for like 42.99$ which is a super price for me as a college student trying to save money.

I ALMOST thought this was a scam when I didnt get my game in 1 hour. Called up Customer Support, which albeit had poor english, did not stop trying to help me. They did ask for a pic of my credit card and for some ID and after that, I got GTA V. AHHH YESSSS!!! WOULD RECOMMEND TO FRIENDS!
