Be Careful about subscribing to Air Combat Magazine in…
Subscribed to Air Combat Magazine in March 2020. I only received the June issue and then nothing since! I just sent an email to them and it bounced back in less than a minute. This is a great magazine and I'm so disappointed that they don't seem to take their customers business seriously. If this is Covid related they should just send us a message to let us know! In Canada we are sent the magazine from Virgina Beach US. I've sent the same email but received no reply either.

No delivery - no response
Unfortunately it takes them about month to deliver my subscription from the day it is published. Although they have to ship it to Denmark, this should go faster than 1 month. I used to get a magazine from USA and this was in my hands 3-5 days after it was published, the same was the case with PCFormat from the UK.
When I try to contact them by mail there is no response and I have tried three times, checked my spamfilter but I only got a autoreply that they have received my ticket and it will be answered within 24 hours... I guess they use a different kind of hours being 3 weeks away from the first contact.
I had to remove another star, they still have not responded to my previous mail in 2020 and now they are not delivering my subscription which does not run out until 2025. But of course no response to my question regarding the missing deliveries...
