AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Working here is literally not worth it!! Unorganised shifts call you same day when shift was cancelled!! Horrible care home workers to keystone staff never do nothing about it at all !! The other care workers run off chit chatting away having there 5* meal in the kitchen for like a hour and leave all clients to us agency workers ? Because we get paid more that’s all they brag about !! Hence, I’m upset and never fely comfortabel or accepted ! Keystone don’t help you with nothing in any situatuon ! Even on call Lauren is very rude … very sarcastic with everybody can tell they have a backbiting reception enviroment between eachother speaking about everyone’s problems ! Horrible

Unfair treatment to clients

Nurses and medical staffs seem to play favorites with their clients. If they don't like you, you'll be treated poorly, without empathy and compassion. Please look elsewhere for a care center who will look after your loved ones.
