My husband, my son, and myself, just came back from Greece and we had a spectacular time!!! The entire trip went extremely well, we had an incredible time, our Representatives Brooke did an outstanding job, coordinated our trip! This is our second trip with Key Tours and we have recommended Brooke to our daughter and friends. We our now planning our next trip with Brooke, back to Italy !!!!

I just had a group of 28 return from a 2 week trip to Greece & Turkey . While the majority of the trip was on a cruise , Key planned the pre-cruise arrangements , transfers and local tours/guides in Athens and then I opted to have them plan all our tours while in port for 2 days in Istanbul . Our group was met promptly in Athens and escorted to our home base hotel in Athens for the next 3 days where we had an excellent and very knowledgable local guide daily . Always keeping in touch with me via What'sApp . Upon arrival in Istanbul our guides were waiting and took our group on a 2 day odyssey covering everything I had requested and then some , always accommodating last minute changes for weary travelers . Our Istanbul stay was the highlight of our trip ! A little intense at times and alot of walking but our guide Haydar was always patient and very knowledgable . This is my 4th time using Key for groups , both big and small and I would definitely use them again . Thank you to Melek & Gul for all their attention to detail and look forward to using them again .

We were booked in a gorgeous chateau which listed Tours France as its address. Unfortunately, is was about 15 miles out of Tours with no shuttle which caused us to be somewhat stranded. After enjoying one lovely night in the Chateau, Brooke was able to change our reservations for the end of our stay and place us in the center of Tours which was more convenient for touring. All of this was handled via emails from France and it was resolved quickly. We will always use Key Tours.

This was my first request for a FIT in Europe. Tuba was extremely helpful as was able to put together the perfect itinerary for my clients that fit their budget perfectly. I could have easily lost this client, but with Tuba's help I ended up looking like a rockstar

We went with KeyTours after reading how good their reviews on Trustpilot were compared to some of the reviews of a different online agency with whom we had started planning. We sure are glad we went with KeyTours. Our agent was very responsive to our wishes, he was very helpful with planning and ideas. But most importantly, the trip was wonderful. KeyTours can't fix airline delays, but it was wonderful to see our driver holding up a sign for us even when we landed 3 or 4 hours late. Our hotel rooms were exactly as we dreamed (no disappointments when we booked in). Our agent booked us a couple of local tours and the guides we had were very informative, very well trained, and made our museum and other efforts to understand local culture much more worthwhile. We even had KeyTours step up for us and got us a small refund when United Airlines cancelled our Sunday afternoon flight leaving us stranded in NJ. (oh, the horror!).

Osman does a wonderful job. He is very knowledgeable of destinations around the world. Always helpful with recommendations for hotels and activities. I receive quotes in a timely manner. Have every confidence in Osman's vast experience.
