We found lots of hair in kfc chicken from radhuspladsen ,I think hair from chicken was not pull out properly vey disgusting 🤮 I also have pictures.

We ordered12 pcs original recipe at kfc Greve druve thru and it’s costing 239kr.
when we’re at the window to ger our order i even say to n cashier that if it is possible not to get too many breast part.. because it’s alway like that.. and then the cashier said they did not but there’s some breast part.. when we got home and saw the chicken,, it has 7 breast part and 3 legs and 2 thighs,, it was so irritated that they just giving too many breast parts.. i even ask them not to give us so mnay breast part. not good service..

Cheating what is quite unpleasant!
I'm and my friend come to KFC in Rådhyusplads 1 august 2020 to take chicken wings what I order regularly. I newer experienced this unpleasant surprise from this place before. But this time it was totaly robbery. We order the wings what cost 119 kr for 16 peaces and got at home to eat. When we come at home- I look in the basked- and it was half full, normally its almost op to the ages of the basked. that happens guys put only wings what is lower part of the wing and zero of wing part what holds to the chicken body. and they all was so small- so what can one say- you get you wings- but instead 1 kg ur get 500 grams. I barely feel anything inside after- its was unpleasant as I can purchase whole ecological chicken in supermarket for this price and have enough for 2 persons. It just make me angry what I spend lot cash as a student and place rub me. Avoid or check you food before you go out!

terrible service and unacceptable food. when asked for refund, they refuse and threaten you. there is nothing being done about it. i really wish that the restaurant closes permanently.

i received terrible service at kfc amager on january 4th, 2020. i was served by a dude called Liejie and i received fries that were not up to standard and i wanted something to be done with it. i complained about it to him and eventually the thing got so out of hand that i just wanted my money back. what he said back was quite shocking! he told me that they were not going to refund me and that i can either eat the food or leave...
are you kidding me?! this is totally unacceptable. i felt so terrible after this experience that i will never eat at any kfc restaurants ever again. i used to come in there with my family but that's that! i will also strongly advise all my friends and their relatives to drop kfc for good. i am also thinking of taking this case further as i have never experienced something like that before! no one should ever be treated like that again!

Hey newsflash !!! , today I've found a new way to diet !!!. When you're hungry.pop into KFC Bromley to savour one of those wonderful calorific meals , receive apalling service from a member of staff with an attitude causing you to lose your appetite and leave without completing your order . Zero calories... !!!!! Thank you KFC . NB the only trouble is I went to Burger king where I haven't been for years , blast !!!! there goes those calories again ... the moral of the story is if you get put off by the service at KFC Bromley take a deep breath , suck it up and thank you lucky stars you've contributed positively to your body's dietary welfare.

Your chicken was alive it gave birth and the babies chased me all the way home (I live 60 miles away) it now lives in my kitchen and barks whenever I walk in there to get some baked beans.

The chicken was dry and just fatty and we were not able to eat it. It tasted of nothing. The service was horrible and rude. We were so disapointed with everything at KFC Tilst.

Kfc Rosehill Sutton, always have wrong or damaged orders, last order was missing large part of order, contacted restaurant who didn’t care, they blamed driver and won’t send missing items or refund as they are nothing to do with them! was told to call Just eat, I did this and Just eat couldn’t help! Left feeling robbed!
Avoid at all costs!

Went to KFC fields but they were already closing even though they still advertised that they were open outside. They opened up for us and saved the day - rnice service!

My wife went to pick up a KFC from Amagerbrogade Copenhagen.
A meal for 2, plus 1 child, 245,- Kroner. Too expensive...
The fries were under cooked, & even my 2yr old daughter wouldn't eat them. (That never happens)
Our Zinger burgers were sloppy due to the ridiculous amount of mayonnaise.
The only positive experience was the popcorn chicken.
The food needs to be better value, & better presented. Or else it will never be a hit in Denmark.

So so stingy, NOT at all like US. Don't know why they get allowed to call it Kfc.
The Kfc i know are NOT stingy, NOT that expensive, got smiling personal, and good food. Went to Rådhuspladsen and came out with wrong order for thirt time. They Always make mistakes with the orders, and the fries I won't even give to my dog. The portions are so small and Seem to get even smaller with time.. This is the last time I will ever put my food inside a Kfc in Denmark. Rådhuspladsen and Rødovre Kfc both have the same horrible service and food. Not even one of the staff members can speak Danish.. And some of them barely english.

My order was short 18 hotwings the other day spoke to them the same day they said sorry for the mistake and they would and I should email kfc and I would get a refund for the mistake they made. So I have done this only KFC has not got back to me. Spoke again to the shop today , they can't understand why, but when I ask for a head office phone number they inform me they don't have a phone , when asked how they contact head office they said it has to be done by email.

How can a large company like KFC treat people like this, They should be ashamed.
