On the whole I had a positive experience dealing with KFH. Having had my flat on the market for over a year with no buyers I was recommended KFH. My two main contacts were Ellis Cruise and Joe News... See more

Scammera
Under handed and do not trust the Islington branch . Visor and his accounts department are scammers and need to sort out there sales tactics. They commit to fee and then send debit collectors for amounts NOT AGREED OR in the contract. What out! And keep clear
A faultless performance from KFH
As soon as I met Sophie from KFH in Earlsfield, I knew she was the person I wanted to sell our house. She had exactly the right combination of professionalism and approachability, and from the very start I knew I was in good hands. She introduced me to her team, who went above and beyond to make the process as painless as possible, dealing with the inevitable hiccups along the way in a calm, efficient and friendly manner.
They achieved a good sale quicker than I had dared to hope, and I could not be more delighted. I have no hesitation in awarding them 5 stars, and would give 10 if I could, as they always went above and beyond. My instinct proved correct!

I recently moved out of a rented property managed by KFH. The viewings and correspondence / day to day was handled by Ashleigh Greenaway who was fantastic, she went above and beyond to ensure the changeover was seamless. Thank you!!!
Terrible at sorting issues out
Terrible at sorting issues out. We have had issues which our house we are renting that has been known to them for months now yet no progress...
Very disappointed with how this process…
Very disappointed with how this process was handled in Battersea.
From the outset, the property was incorrectly advertised as being on the second and third floor, when it was in fact on the third and fourth floor. Additionally, the listing did not clarify that the price was non-negotiable, nor did it state “offers in excess of” or “guide price.” This lack of clarity from day one resulted in unnecessary time being wasted.
The offer process itself lacked transparency. I was not informed that the situation had moved to a “best and final” stage, nor was I told this would be my last opportunity to increase my offer. I was also not clearly given the chance to revise my offer after being told there was other interest.
Generic statements such as “there are other buyers” are commonly used in this industry and do not clearly indicate a final competitive bidding process. Clear and explicit communication is essential when buyers are expected to make major financial decisions.
I also requested that my higher offer of £510,000 be communicated to the vendor. This either did not happen or was done too late, which raises serious concerns about how the offers were handled and whether the vendor was fully informed in time.
Overall, the process felt unclear, poorly communicated, and avoidably frustrating. With accurate advertising and transparent handling of offers, this situation could have been managed far better.
Incompetent lettings agency
Beckenham branch.
Absolutely useless and incompetent lettings service. They continue to pay the previous owner for over two months, communication is non existent and systems do not work. No ownership or accountability given. They offer zero service for their fee.,
Sawan is a 10/10
Sawan was easily the most competent and reliable person in our whole property purchase process. He is super responsive, extremely organized and thorough, cannot recommend him enough.

Ajay -Top Notch
I cannot recommend Ajay highly enough! As a first-time buyer, I was incredibly nervous and overwhelmed by the entire mortgage process. Ajay was there for me every single step of the way. He took the time to explain all my options clearly, answered my endless questions with patience, and made sure I felt confident in my decisions. His expertise and dedication made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. If you’re looking for someone professional, proactive, and genuinely helpful, Ajay is your guy!
I cannot thank KFH Bromley enough
I cannot thank KFH Bromley enough, especially Jack, Daniel, and the entire sales team! From day one, they were absolutely fantastic—friendly, proactive, and always on top of everything. Their in-depth local market knowledge and excellent negotiation skills were a huge advantage and made a real difference in achieving an exchange in just seven weeks, which is incredible in the current market. They truly exceeded all expectations, going above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. Communication was brilliant, and nothing was ever too much trouble. If you are looking for a team that genuinely cares, knows the Bromley market inside out, and gets results fast, I highly recommend KFH Bromley—a huge shout-out to everyone there for making this happen!
KINLEIGH FOLKARD AND HAYWARD let…
KINLEIGH FOLKARD AND HAYWARD let themselves down badly with their communication skills particularly when dealing with Landlords. Whilst the staff have very clear strategies to follow there communication skills needs a great deal of improvement. However, with patience and persistence the barriers are broken down and the right resolutions are found to the satisfaction of all parties
They have been the worst lettings…
They have been the worst lettings agency I have ever been with. We had a delayed contract due to expired electrical safety certificate, we felt pressured to offer more rent and were very rushed into our decision. We didn't know any details about our move in day until I contacted the landlord directly the day before. Now 3 months in and any repairs I have had to work directly with the landlord, and now there is an emergency leak, there is no emergency contact number to use, nor does the online form work correctly to report this issues. I would never go with KFH.
KFH management of rental property DO NOT RECOMMEND
KFH management of rental property have been a nightmare to work with. There emails are not clear. There communication is terrible- never allowing transparency of actions, just billing me or arranging works and then telling me what they will cost. Often their billing statements repeat costs from previous months- and its not clear if they are double billing or their internal service just has not dealt with it yet. Also the turn over staff to manage my property was so frequent creating no continuation, so when works were quoted for- the next person never knew what they were for and we had to start again, meanwhile issues got worse. Every time I called or emailed to be called back it would be days before they got back to me. And apologies for incompetency was always too little too late. Warning if considering having them manage your property- they are hard work!
No heating for over 2 weeks
No heating for over 2 weeks. In the first few days two contractors visited, said they couldn’t fix it, and since then KFH has been almost completely unresponsive. We’re left in the dark (and cold) with no updates or timeline from them or the landlord.
Had to report to the council, who have now opened a formal case.
Strongly advise against renting through KFH Earlsfield. 1 star.

I recently bought a property through KHF and the experience was pleasant.
I would like to thank Linda for being extremely helpful, responsive and supportive throughout the entire process providing clear guidance along the way.
Linda, Jimmy and Vinay were thorough, proactive and professional and would definitely recommend their services.
An absolutely terrible agency
An absolutely terrible agency. They pretended that a flat was available, while simply trying to get more buyers to put pressure on an initial buyer - even while knowing I was pregnant and had little time to find a home. Their communications lacked in transparency, putting pressure on me to obtain a mortgage offer without even taking the flat off the market. Once I obtained the offer, they never acknowledged receipt and stop replying to telephone calls. The worst real estate experience I have had in London or elsewhere.
They are always available when for a call
They are always available for a call and reply to emails in a short time.
They are willing to explain patiently any information and to discuss all the choices and get through the process step by step.
Good mortgage broker (first time, leasehold)
I used Kevin Hurley as my mortgage broker (separate to my estate agent). As a first time buyer he was super helpful and broke it all down for me, and I rarely had to chase. would recommend
Poor property management
We were tenants with KFH property managing for four years during which time we found their service to be incompetent. Serious issues (leaking roofs, lack of working shower) took months to fix, and we had a serious mouse infestation for 9 months which lead to personal item and property damage (which could have been resolved with contractors coming in to block up large holes in the property as the mice were mainly residing in the flat below us - instead a man on a bike came round to glue the smaller holes temporarily). We could seemingly never get a straight answer from whichever current property manager was working on our property, and they always seemed to have no idea what they were doing or how to move the issues forward to resolve. We were often treated like we didn't know what we were talking about and had to spend significant time dealing with numerous contractors for these issues. KFH were never timely with updates on the problems or communications from the landlord - we always had to chase. I would not advise renting a property where they are property manager, it is not a well run organisation.
Very bad service from KFH
Very bad service from KFH. requests were not done and no follow up to emails and calls.
