Paid ifr next day delivery on the 4th it arrived the 7th and again dosnt respond to any emails or contact paying next day delivery works out ya pay alot for parts I would just buy from else where these aren't worth ya time or money

Despite the negative reviews, this was delivered very promptly over the Xmas and New Year period.

Amazingly, I had the exact same experience as another reviewer. I ordered a Bosch cooker hood latch from kgasupplier as it was the only place I could find it, and they sent me the wrong item! They do not reply to emails or answer the phone number.

Appalling customer service. Cooker hood light does not fit my SMEG cooker, despite clearly stating that it was compatible with my exact model number. Asked for a refund via online contact form and got no reply, sent email and got no reply, and guess what...the phone number does not work! Stay away from this company - I wish I had read the reviews first!!

I ordered a set of genuine bosch cooker hood catches but was sent the totally wrong item, there is no direct contact details available on their website only a contact message that you get no response to. I have now tried to get a response twice for my issue to no joy. This company is nothing but a company out to rip people off of their hard earned money and don't care what distress they cause. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Ordered two identical small pumps for a wet vac. Package was sent to the wrong location but after 4 weeks it eventually arrived but contained only one of the two ordered and paid for pumps. After chasing them about them fulfilling the order, I was surprised to be issued a refund for the base cost of one of the pumps but with no accompanying explanation at all. I had to follow them up and I was informed only one was sent because they were waiting for more stock (but I had never previously received any notification of that). I then had to chase them asking why I did not receive a 50% refund of the cost of transport or taxes and was subsequently refunded 50% of the transport charge, not the tax paid. Wished I'd read about them before ordering. At least I got the replacement pump I needed but had I not challenged this, looks like they would have permanently short changed me. I'll will be looking elsewhere for the second (spare) pump I was after, and will not buy from them again.

Total scammers stay well clear

I purchased an item from this company via eBay. They supplied a totally incorrect item without any indication of how it may be returned or a refund obtained. I have emailed them on a number of occasions without receiving any form of reply or acknowledgement. Very disappointing and frustrating to say the least. How does a company like this stay in business. ☹️

I bought a product that came with a problem, I got in touch by email (the only option available on the website). They just ignored it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I wish I had read all the appalling reviews too, before ordering a cutlery basket which after four months fell apart. No phone number or email address on the invoice, i eventually tracked them down and was told that 'Due to the nature of the product is is only covered for 90 days'!!! I wrote asking what the 'Nature of the Product' was (ordinary plastic cutlery basket) and received no reply. This is NOT a genuine part, customer service at KGA is off the wall terrible. DO NOT BUY!

Oh why didn't I read the reviews. I Ordered a Dyson foot O/N TV8SXP 2nd Jan dispatched they say to Royal Mail on 3rd no record since I have sent 6 messages on their message system no response despite promising 2 day response. I've sent one to M D and owner George Boniface still no response. will have to take them to small claims court.

Sent wrong item, which seems to be the norm for them, then fails to answer messages or emails. Have had to raise a Paypal claim to try and get my money back. The worst type of seller. Suggest you shop elsewhere.

Bought a dishwasher cutlery tray which was claimed to be universally compatible. Due to the design I doubt it would fit any dishwasher - certainly didn't fit ours. Then they have the cheek to charge for a return - for something that isn't fit for purpose.

Top rated supplier. Easily helped find me the right parts I needed, straight away. These were genuine manufacturer parts and/or up to standard equivalent OEM and not 'cheapos'. Supplied straight from stock at one of the best prices I could find anywhere, Needed in a hurry (as ever), paid for express delivery - which was actually very reasonable, was fully tracked, updated promptly and arrived when they said it would. Worked out cheaper than my local supplier (who had no stock anyway and where the local car park charges me more than the express postage cost - local councils and ratepayers take note). Saved me loads of time (and money).

After a 2 day delay I received the package it came via the post office it was enclosed in a PO bag stating there were no contents sure enough the package was empty. On trying to contact KGA it was impossible the phone numbers provided are non existent on trying to send an email with photos of package just didn’t work pressing the send marker on the email didn’t highlight. So I would advise everyone to steer clear of this rogue company

Had two recent purchases of heating elements for a highly reliable Bosch double oven off this company. On both occasions the items arrived "bare" i.e in a bare cardboard box only and without any appropriate shrink wrapped packaging showing manufacturer and model numbers. On the first occasion it last a month. Second occasion it didn't even last 3 months. Element securing holes didn't seem to fully match up with the desired alignment. Contacted them regarding the last purchase, posted the item back at there request and 6 weeks later still waiting and have imo been given the runaround ever since. Shockingly poor customer service and probably best avoiding.

i don't understand all the negative reviews as i had a top class experience , ordered an item for my hoover it arrived the next day 100% correct would use again

The aftermarket replacement plastic cutting blades are made from brittle plastic. The OEM blade I replaced had survived for several years without shattering but had worn down! These non genuine blades only last a matter of minutes. Seller refused refund. Avoid this seller.

Received a product I didn’t even order, no idea how they got my address, looks like a Dyson filter, funny that we’ve got Gtech? Unsolicited goods?
