The nicest customer service team! Such a good product - quality was great and came very quickly.

I had a wonderful experience with my consultation with Emer, she was responsive, courteous very understanding and accommodating. I was choosing a dress for a wedding as a guest and she made sure to hear what I wanted and gave me options to make it work like how I wanted. Even after the consultation Emer was available for any follow-up questions I had. Khanum’s does lovely dresses-no doubt about that but my consultation with the sweet Emer will make me think about choosing it every time for occasions in future.

I got the Krace dress in purple and I’m obsessed. I got so much compliments. Not gonna lie I was a bit afraid not to fit in but it was perfect. Good quality too and the customer service was being very nice. Thank you for this beautiful dress 🌷🫶🏼

DO NOT BUY FROM KHANUM’S the dress arrived but the Size 10 is completely wrong sizing for UK 10, AU 10,US 6
the zip didn’t work properly and was faulty zipping it up.
Cheap faulty zip impossible to zip up.This became my problem. They do not do REFUNDS only STORE CREDIT 6 months. Returning the dress to UK I had to pay for a courier and tracking $100 plus paying for the DUTY to RETURN the dress to UK. Don’t be SCAMMED by this COMPANY.You will LOSE a lot of MONEY & the STRESS of no customer support only AI KAYLA AUTOMATED ASSISTANT or any understanding that their sizing is COMPLETELY WRONG and the ZIP was FAULTY. I wish I had KNOWN this before ever PURCHASING from them. They need to change how they TREAT people. It ONLY WORKS in their FAVOR NOT YOURS. I will NEVER BUY OFF KHANUM’s AGAIN. I HOPE you get to READ my STORY and NOT PURCHASE from them. There are so many wonderful LABELS who really look after you, pay for return shipping and not expect you to pay DUTY, return SHIPPING and are happy to give you a REFUND.I have LOST now at least $900.00 I had to pay shipping both ways even. A CREDIT from a Company who has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. It’s all AI computer generated. Try and find a REAL PERSON to HELP you - which you WON’T. To use a store CREDIT for another dress that WON’T FIT me and I have to PAY SHIPPING again, which I would have to out lay another $80 for that.
PLUS the event I need the DRESS for is in a couple of DAYS so NO TIME to get another UNFITTING DRESS and poor quality sent. WHY WOULD I BOTHER 😡

I had a wonderful experience with Khanums! I ordered a dress that was on pre-order, with the dispatch date listed between the 22nd and 28th. As I needed it in time for my register marriage, I emailed their team to ask if it might be possible to dispatch it at the beginning of that timeframe.

I was so impressed by the excellent customer service I received, especially from Nora, who went above and beyond to make it happen. Thanks to her help, my dress is now due to arrive at the perfect time, just before my register marriage.

I ordered my dress blindly from Khanum’s for my pre-wedding party, having never ordered from it before (targeted on Instagram after searching endlessly for dresses on other popular dress platforms). Upon receiving the package in Dubai a few days after I ordered, I was immediately impressed with the incredibly stunning, luxurious packaging. I then unraveled the box only to find the most stunning, EXTREMELY high quality dress that was heavy because of the quality of the fabric, and not a single crease in it (again because of the high-quality fabric). The dress fit like an absolute glove and was nothing short of elegant - it was definitely a dress that got all the attention at my wedding cocktail party.

Their customer support is amazing, very cooperative! My dress arrived within 3 days only and the quality was excellent!!

Absolutely amazing fabric and so elegant and different. Ordering internationally was also a breeze.

From the very beginning, I sent an email inquiring about sizing and had no idea what to expect. What I got was above and beyond customer service quality! Emer was a delight to talk to and so helpful. The care and information provided in each and every email made it so I could choose the right dress from the get go. Truly a wonderful company and the quality of the dress is exquisite. If ever another event arises, I will be ordering from Khanum’s again!

Quick delivery and got so many compliments on my dress. Definitely felt like a queen wearing a Khunum’s dress and felt unique.

I ordered Khanums Krace dress all the way from London to Maldives for my Nikkah and im so happy i did. I received the order in less than a month and the dress was beyond my expectations. The quality of the material used in the dress is amazing, it was so heavy and the stitching was beautifully done as well. The pearls even look like they’re great quality and they even gave extra pearls just in case.

I also mailed Khanums before ordering to provide details of the dress measurements and they replied swiftly, it’s the perfect dreamy dress. Highly recommended!!

What Khanum’s did for me was outstanding and honestly beyond words. I initially purchased the wrong size and reached out to their team about a return. They were immediately kind, responsive, and happy to accommodate me. I shipped the dress back, but that’s when the nightmare began.

The shipping company I used completely failed to deliver the package. It was “lost” for an entire month and eventually returned to me because they claimed the address was incorrect. By the time I finally got it back, I was well outside the return window. I contacted Khanum’s again, explained the situation, and despite the delay not being my fault, I was still technically out of timeframe.
Their response? Pure understanding and grace.
They listened to my situation with so much care and empathy and kindly extended the return period for me. Not only that, but they provided me with a return label and arranged the shipping themselves to avoid any further issues. Even more impressively, they honored the original Black Friday discounted price instead of charging the updated full price. That level of integrity is rare.

They also helped me choose the correct size and guided me through the entire process step by step. Once everything was sorted, I shipped it back, and they returned the new size to me via express delivery . it arrived in less than two days!

Now, about the dress itself: it is absolutely stunning. The fabric and quality are incredible. For sizing, I would recommend going one size up if you prefer a less snug fit. Instead, if you want it to be tight, then go for your usual size. Just be careful. I think that the taller you are, the better an extra size is. Following the size chart, with my measurements, I’m supposed to be an M. However, I don’t quite like the fit of Large, as it was too tight on me (I think this also relates to the fact that the taller you are the wider your hips are)

For reference, my measurements are:
• Chest: 88 cm
• Waist: 70 cm
• Hips: 100 cm
• Height: 6’0”

And yes. this dress is truly tall-girl friendly! I’m 6 feet tall, and it still reached my feet with length to spare.

Overall, this was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Khanum’s went above and beyond, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Highly recommend , not just for the beautiful designs, but for the incredible team behind them.

The dresses are amazing just like the staff. I had some worries about one dress and sent a email. I got fast replies and info. So i ordet my dress and it was perfect. I will gladly in the future buy more dresses from them :)
