KHYVA has been such a pleasure to work with! We're a US based company, and have had trouble finding elegant, executive level gifts overseas until KHYVA. Their gift boxes have surprised and delighted all the recipients we've sent them to. Not only are their gifts beautiful, their customer service is white glove. If I ever run into issues ordering online, or need help making substitutions, their team is quick to respond and assist on getting the gift out the door. I would recommend them to anyone looking to wow someone with a thoughtful and well packaged gift!

Lockdown meant we had to cancel my aunts 60th birthday party and she was all on her own on her birthday...i'm so glad i found Khyva!! I created a bespoke gift on the website and the communication / service was exceptional. So good to feel that you are able to bring a smile to someones face in such scary times. My aunt received her gift very promptly and she was over the moon with all the goodies! Really chuffed and is enjoying pampering herself. I can’t recommend Khyva enough. We send out Christmas Hampers to our key clients each year and what is normally a tedious task, was effortless this time and this was solely down to the service that Sonal provided. Even with our short turnaround time she went above and beyond to make sure all our individual orders included the Telaria branding and provided suggestions on what would work best per client. What topped it off, was the amazing client feedback we received from every hamper!

We cannot recommend Khyva highly enough. The service and standard of products are second to none and Sonal is a true professional. We have used Khyva on a number of occasions over the past year and they made sure our gifts for our corporate clients were delivered during the busy Xmas period. Khyva was highly recommended to us, and when we required around 14 hampers for our customers & suppliers over the Christmas period, we got in touch. The service provided by Sonal was impeccable. She gave lots of different recommendations on what to put in each hamper and was prompt to respond to any additional questions we had. Sonal kept us updated from the moment we placed the order and kept us updated on the deliveries. The feedback we got from the hampers was that they were very beautifully presented & consisted of a vast range of gifts. We would be recommending and using Khyva again in the future.

Incredible service, incredible product. Bought a new baby hamper for a close friend, who enjoys the finer things in life. They were over the moon with the quality of the product, and the presentation of it. Have now ordered my 2nd hamper through my business (for a client who is getting married), and will be recommending Khyva to everyone I know!

We bought a Khyva hamper for a corporate event which hosts a number of large well-known businesses. One of the differences between Khyva and other gifting companies is their interest to first understand who we were gifting and why. The customer service was excellent, we had a dedicated gifting manager and she sent us 3 options to choose from that fit our budget and specification. We went with the first option as it was exactly what we needed and the perfect representation of our brand. The hamper was won by Bloomberg and received by the Events manager who was so impressed with the hamper. They really are stunning hampers and the service is second to none. We already have another order placed for June.
