I have tried to retrieve my package already twice during the official opening hours of Kiala point BE20324. It was closed both times. No way to contact the point, no way to contact Kiala. I know the package is there, but nobody cares to actually open. No cusotmer service from Kiala, no feedback, no telephone posted for the contact point.

Disgraceful behaviour from the Kia,a collection point at 7 boulevard Victor, 75015 Paris. I couldn't wait the 15 mins the manager insisted upon. He didn't check my ID properly and refused to even look at the Kiala reference which stated my parcel was there. He was so rude and said that even if he had my parcel he wouldn't give it to me. It took for my very tall and imposing husband to pay a visit the Kiala point in question and miraculously the manager put his hand immediately on my parcel And handed it over. Tried to phone Kiala head office and guess what? No reply. Please do not use Kiala.
