How to cancel an appointment me as a client? I can’t find on the booking system? Do i need to msg the salon owner in order to cancel or reschedule my appointment? I still have 2 weeks more to cancel it due to other plan. Not the best booking app for me as a client sorry to say that.

Yes you would cancel an appointment directly with the business you booked an appointment with as I'm sure this business will have it stated on their socials/website and KiBook confirmation email.
We are a small business (a team of just two) we provide software to small businesses and feel it is extremely unfair to leave a one star review to us because we do not provide a service that you are looking for. If a business chooses to use KiBook it is because they wish to manage their own bookings and not for clients to cancel their own appointments.
A one star review is unfair to a small business as this affects us massively. I would ask you to re-consider how damaging this is and instead settle your issues with the business you have a booking with.

Fantastic booking system can’t recommend enough. App is easy to use and very customisable, so handy for taking deposits and payment instantly after jobs on the go. Customers service is brilliant they really take the time to help small businesses and on hand for any assistance required.

Couldn’t run my business without kibook. The girls at sister studios all use kibook in order to ensure we aren’t having no shows and cancellations. It’s perfect to allow you’re clients to book in at a convenient time for them🤍🙏 you are guaranteed a wage

Straightforward and seamless
Used this to book a service. Very simple and transparent system. No requirement for usernames, passwords or accessing via social media apps. Great follow up communication with email confirmation, reminder and receipt.

Would never turn back!
KiBook absolutely changed the way I run my business! It has made my life SO much easier, and I hardly have to do any admin now/reply to anyone as KiBook has all your info in the one place! It charges deposits For you and also can charge no shows etc so totally protects your business! Ashley and Andrew also couldn’t be more helpful and make themselves available 24/7, and the price is amazing for everything the booking system does! The whole year I’ve been with them I’ve praised them and I’d never go back!
